This one is halfway between the indie pop songs and electro bangers I’ve been posting recently. I’m all over this combination of synths, authentic sounding instruments, and vocals. Straight up Girl Fire BANGER right here (partially because the beginning sounds like a Bieber track). Tune In Crew does a number on this Katy Perry “throw back”, I’m pretty sure this is my favorite remix although Kaskade and Liam Keegan give it a seriously close run for the money (maybe Kaskade takes the money here…). And I know you’ve seen one too many “Rolling In the Deep” remixes, especially out of Biglife, but humor me and give this one an ear – it just solidifies Tune In Crew’s bulletproof remixing swagger. It seems to me that as of late, the inflow of new rappers into the game has reached a breakneck speed. With this in mind, it is clear that it is becoming harder and harder for indivdual rappers to distinguish themselves from the mass. Well, at just fourteen years old, Big Red is definitely ahead of the curve. This promising young act has a mixtape “Make Room” due out this spring with a number of features such as Tayyib Ali. Dubstep | Ashes & Dialect – “Burning” | Dubstep

This track is nothing short of BEAUTIFUL. You do not have to be a huge dubstep fan to appreciate the WORK OF ART that this is. Ashes & Dialect are not really known for great dubstep, but WOW. This has made my list of top tracks of the genre of all time. I will tell you that its a short list, this being track number 4! To fully understand, you have to listen for yourself.
