Is the video cliche? Yes. Does it feature sexual innuendo meant to sucker in the casual listener? Yes. Is this track a big ole’ tune? You’re damn right. Redondo & Boiler have been teasing us with previews (where it first premiered on The Magician’s “Magic Tape” series) and it’s finally out today. There’s no full track post, which is a bit of a disappointment. Understandable though, given the amount of people use Soundcloud to mp3 converters to rip tracks. The track quality isn’t ever the same, but I digress. Support Redondo and Boiler by picking up their latest Spinnin’ Records release. It doesn’t disappoint.

Barcelona are a group that’s sound rely heavily on piano’s so it makes sense for their style to translate to dance music remixes. Today we have for you the exclusive download of a progressive remix from Ted Hunter & Spencer Baird of the 2007 “Please Don’t Go” by the Seattle 4-piece band. They keep much of the original in the breaks, adding gentle piano that melds just right with the soft vocals from Barcelona and injecting an easy going synth melody to the crescendos. With nothing more than an mp3 file and a cover art, this is how this track was submitted to me from an unknown email address. Too good to pass on, I uploaded it up on my personal SoundCloud to share with ya’ll. “Moves Like Ms Jackson” is a smooth tech house, deep house record incorporating samples from Outkast’s many classics over the years! If you have any idea who is behind this, hollar at me, I need to know! This is hands down a must listen!

This is just the right amount of blend between original and remix that I’ve seen J-Lah accomplish in the past. Based out of Toronto, Canada, he’s been cooking up a storm for the perfect beats recently and I can’t seem to get enough of him.
