Hip-Hop | Nell Premiers The First Gem Off “The Screw Tape”
Posted by VMan on January 4, 2015
What is a Hip-hop track without the desire to recite and repeat lyrics? The answer is nothing, you don’t quote Dre or Kendrick because they suck. Sure, people love their beats these days, but that doesn’t make a track. Premiering Nell’s upcoming mixtape, “The Screw Tape”, “Comin Down” turns out to be a dope way to move up. DJ Screw and El Camino Black set the scene for us while Nell takes their seductive beat and flows like the wine of Gaston’s fountain. How can you say no to wine? It’s good for the heart.

Melodic Progressive | Xanwow’s latest remix will take your breath away
Posted by JT on December 20, 2014
This track is absolutely mystifying. It’s a beautiful composition of love-struck chords and a heart-wrenching melody. This remix to Gate’s ‘Relief’ displays, once again, demonstrates Xanwow’s calibre and quality of production, his refined technique on the keyboard, and his ability to transport one into a state of tranquility. I think I just found true love…
House | Sebastian Park Remixes “You’ve Got The Love”
Posted by BIGLIFE on December 20, 2014
Up and coming NY producer Sebastian Park is starting to make waves. Featured in today’s “Heldeep Radio 29” Sebastian takes on “You’ve Got The Love” which has that incredible future house sound we’ve all come to love. Inspired by the lyrics and holiday season, Sebastian gives us the perfect remix to close 2014. Keep an eye out for this young gun come 2015. I don’t think this is the last time we hear from him.
House | Borgeous Releases “This Could Be Love” With Shaun Frank
Posted by BIGLIFE on December 18, 2014

Prediction: Progressive house is out in 2015. Deep house and future house will be in. Case and point: Borgeous and Shaun Frank’s new “This Could Be Love” masterpiece with Delay Jane assisting on vocals. This isn’t your typical insanely annoying progressive house “banger” that we’re accustomed to from Borgeous, which is good news to our ears and musical sensibilities. Performing last week in Dallas at Lizard Lounge, Borgeous and Shaun Frank take us back to that nostalgic 90’s house sound that everyone is attempting to ride. In this case, they capture it well. My hats off to both producers.
Pick u pBorgeous and Shaun Frank’s “This Could Be Love” out now onn Spinnin’ Deep.

Progressive House | Sweda Brighten’s The Day With This Delicious Remix
Posted by JT on December 14, 2014
I very rarely put up mainstage anthems outside the Trance genre but today I got a taste of some uplifting vibes that took me on a major feel-trip. Sweda’s remix to the enchanting ‘Till The Sun Burns Out’ captures and lifts you high, with vocals so addictive you can’t help but keep the repeat button permanently pressed. He’s completely flipped the original – if you’re fans of groups like Lost Kings then you’ll fall in love with this timeless classic.
Deep House | Shake Sofa & Inner Rebels – All Night Long (CASSIMM Remix)
Posted by BIGLIFE on November 30, 2014

Although legendary FreshNewTracks.com overlord and former blogger “GMONEY” is long retired, he’s still a track hound, scouring the internet for the best sounds. He routinely surprises me, finding obscure tunes that I could have never found myself. Earlier today, he got me familiar with CASSIMM’s “Shake Sofa & Inner Rebels – All Night Long” remix, which is one of a kind. Released a few months ago, this is a remix that didn’t receive the love it should have gotten. Give this remix a second chance. It’s catchy.

Chill | Saje – Lost Tonight (Original Mix)
Posted by JT on November 15, 2014
The Bearded Man has been pushing some of the weirdest, funkiest, ear-catching tuneage out there today. When Saje came to my attention I just couldn’t resist. ‘Lost Tonight’ redefines ‘Chill.’ Combining mellow vocals with an ambiance unfounded, Saje develops a digital dreamscape only accessible to those who want to capture a higher state of mind. The duo has embraced their roots, transporting us to the city of love, Paris, France. We thank them for honouring the scene with this one.
