Bass | YOOKiE Heat Things Up With “DRiP” On Kannibalen Records
Posted by VMan on May 12, 2017
Kannibalen Records has been on a hot streak lately, even for them. They have yet another release this week, this time from their friends YOOKiE. Although the duo isn’t exclusively signed with them, this partnership has served fruitful in the past and likely will continue into the future. YOOKiE’s new song “DRiP” features hip-hop’s Brewski and together these acts bring a rap meets bass hit that is too appropriate for the season. Hot weather is approaching and hot beats are what are being unraveled in the mean time and this one is extra spicy. I would go into trying to describe just what YOOKiE did with this, but it’s something you just have to experience for yourself.
Dubstep | Kai Wachi Gets Ready For Festivals With “SHUTITDOWN”
Posted by VMan on May 10, 2017
Kai Wachi is undoubtedly one of the best bass music producers you can find. A lot of times I have found that he’s your favorite producer’s favorite producer, as far as trap and dubstep is concerned. Although Kai usually straddles the line between the two, with his latest song “SHUTITDOWN” released on Kannibalen Records is concerned, dub reigns supreme. I don’t know how Kai Wachi manages to make his music even dirtier than before, but somehow he is able to do so while keeping musicality at the forefront of his creations. Lastly, make sure to check Kai’s schedule because he’ll be playing his first festival sets this year!
Dubstep | Riot Ten’s “Headbusta” Is Here To Break Necks

As if the roster of Kannibalen Records artists wasn’t stacked enough, they go on and have releases with some of bass music’s finest on top. Their latest is from Riot Ten, the dynamic #HypeOrDie producer who has been making some big waves. His collaboration with hip-hop’s Milano the Don on “Headbusta” is set to be dubstep’s Summer anthem. It’s just what the festivals need, a little fiery vocal action leading up to a gargantuan drop of grisly basses. Get those necks ready and have some icy hot on hand, because you’re going to need it with this one. If you’re trying to rage this week, then look no further than “Headbusta” from Riot Ten.
Electro-House, Videos | Lektrique Is The Chosen One In New “Shred” Music Video
Posted by VMan on April 20, 2017
Often times producers don’t just have the talent of making music. They often have hobbies on the side and for Lektrique, his is skateboarding. Followers of his social media are familiar with his aptitude for tearing up the street with his gnarly moves; if you don’t follow him, you should. Not only should you for his fine tricks, but for his music. Although there are no tricks in his new video for the single “Shred,” we get a nice little story to augment the ferocious electro original. Complete with a cameo from Black Tiger Sex Machine of Kannibalen Records, this is nothing more than a playful expansion to an already fun project. Enjoy the video and head over to iTunes or whatever store you prefer for a copy.

Electro, Trap | Dabin Unveils Mega Collab Off LP With Apashe & Madi
Posted by VMan on March 7, 2017
On March 31st, Dabin will be releasing his highly anticipated album Two Hearts through Kannibalen Records. Today we have the fortune of sharing with you what is likely to be one of the dopest songs off the project. “Lilith” sees Dabin collaborating with label mate Apashe, whose recent LP Copter Boy was a huge success. Their bass-driven styles work well together and after adding the incredibly talented singer Madi to the mix, the result was something extraordinary. “Lilith” is unlike anything my ears have been exposed to and it alone has me excited for the album. However, this is the second single that’s been released so far, and with each step towards the album the anticipation grows tenfold. Pre-order Two Hearts below now because you won’t be disappointed.
