Future House | Prince Fox – Wait Until Tomorrow

Prince Fox paved a name for himself in the Future circles as an artist that has perfectly utilized splashy breaks and accelerated drops around slower BPM tones but today he’s released his first solo original and it is unlike anything he’s released in the past. He speeds things up with ‘Wait Until Tomorrow’, capturing the signature deep, hollowed vocal sound familiar with the genre and the rising tropical melody becoming associated with the sound. This track is refreshing – press play, I’m sure you’ll agree.

Electronic | The Remix ‘This Could Be Love’ Needed

Posted by on March 9, 2015

It’s always exciting when you come across a track you can’t really put a label on or place in a genre. For his (or her) first release ever, AVNU has delivered a very ‘mellow’ and ‘chill’ remix that is rooted in 808s that has left all of us struggling to really define what sound this is. The one thing we do know is that this track is just beautiful and exactly what the original needed. The vocal cuts, the melodic but simple builds; everything about this track is what seemed to be missing in the remix competition Borgeous & Shaun Frank launched last month. Our hats are off to you AVNU.

This track is absolutely stunning. I wouldn’t go as far as to call this tropical house, but it carries elements of the genre and matches it with a seductive melody,nu-disco funk, and addictive vocals. Matvey Emerson and Lina make a lovely couple on this track and I honestly hope to see more from the two on future projects.

DO SOMETHING

Simple and elegant – two words to describe this remix. I absolutely love how The Golden Pony maintained the original vocals and incorporated the fresh saxophone sounds that are becoming associated with the deep house genre. This one leaves a heavy impression on your mind, so much that you’ll be tempted to give it a few more plays before you can transition to the next song on your playlist.

With the style and creativity of Jon Bellion and a voice somewhere between SoMo and The Weeknd, Dylan Reese is someone you need to get familiar with. This up and coming R&B artist brings a certain attitude, style and work ethic to the often times forgotten genre.

Recently, Dylan has taken a pause on his original music and has been crafting unique medleys of well known songs. Today, Dylan let go the second installment in which he takes pop superstars Maroon 5’s ‘She Will be Loved’ and ‘Sunday Morning’ as well as ‘Say You Will’ by Kanye West’s favorite person, Kanye West. Dylan’s ability to fuse the three songs into one medley and really make it his own is spot on; be sure to check out the initial medley ‘Often/3005‘.

I’ve never written about hip-hop, mostly because I have a love-hate relationship with the genre. That’s right, I fit in with those who question the direction this genre is headed in but that’s a conversation for another time. What I do know is ELHAE inspired me to post up this fresh-from-the-oven slice of lyricism that will melt you where you sit. This one is for the late nights – cop this free download if you know what’s good for you.

Hip-Hop, Trap | Cignature Delivers a One-of-a-Kind G-Eazy Remix

Not really sure what genre this one is. It seems like everyone these days just throws the word “future” in front of a genre if it has a bit of a new sound to it, so we’ll call this future hip hop / trap? You don’t come across that many talented electronic producers remixing hip hop tracks like this one, so make sure you take a minute to appreciate this one. Check out on Facebook for more free music.
