Kasbo can just do no wrong. The 19-year-old Swedish sensation has been absolutely crushing it in the future bass arena, not only delivering impressive remixes of Vance Joy, Jeremih, amongst others, but also showcasing his tremendous ability in the studio with originals like “Again” and Kaleidoscope.” Last week, the future house flagbearer dropped his debut five track EP, Umbrella Club, and it’s absolutely phenomenal. On his EP, the talented Swede manages to blend his trademark brand of future with elements from trap to create a range of tunes from dance floor heaters to downtempo chill out tracks. Here at FNT, we’ve been supporters of 5 & A Dime for quite some time now, and we’ve seen his growth from a successful mashup career to full-fledged original producer. This Philadelphia-based up-and-comer has been taking the dance world by storm, which can be seen by the support he’s getting on major festival stages, like Coachella, from artists such as The Chainsmokers, TJR, DJ Snake and more. 5 & A Dime just unveiled his latest masterpiece, “Rush,” and it’s appropriately titled as it’s a relentless, electro stomper that also brings future and house sounds in the mix, which are a sign of his musical evolution. It’s already been a fruitful year for the young talent, but he’s bound for greatness throughout the rest of this year and beyond.

Too many artists today get stuck in producing the same sound over and over again, but then there are others who push their limits and challenge themselves in creating something that is fresh and unique. Aash Mehta is definitely of the latter. Combining incredibly catchy vocals, lush synths, and an almost atmospheric vibe, Aash’s new song “2AM” is one that everyone can relate to. In Aash’s own words, “2AM. That’s when things stop…Everything you’ve done that night has been leading up to one defining moment, a moment where you decide to be bold, a moment where you decide to take a chance. This is what this song is about – living in that moment, and not having any regrets.” Check out “2AM” now – I’m warning you though – it will get stuck in your head!

THANK YOU! Finally a producer has taken a classic, given it a modern twist, and actually made a good remix. Too often we see producers try to take on classic tracks and completely botch them, thankfully today Justin Caruso has done the complete opposite. The indie dance vibe of this remix combined with the future fills makes this one of my favorite remixes of late…best part is, you can download it for free below! I dare you to try to listen to this without tapping your feet.

Future House | TKDJS’ Remix of “Never Say Never” Will Have You Gettin’ Down On The Dance Floor

TKDJS never fail to amaze me with the quality of their productions. Fresh off the release of their stellar remix of Blonde’s “All Cried Out,” the NYC-based producer trio has released a second remix in less than a month’s time – an ode to their tireless work effort – and this time, they’ve taken on the legendary UK electronic duo, Basement Jaxx, and their hit, “Never Say Never.” The swiftly emerging trio of producers has made a name for themselves with their out-of-the-box take on future house, as they masterfully morph vocal anthems into bass-heavy future house jams, and their remix of “Never Say Never” is no different. ETML’s vocals are nicely complemented with a booming, piano-driven melody before TKDJS peel back the curtain to reveal thumping kicks and glitchy, evolving synth progressions.
