The rising Dutch duo, Mr. Belt & Wezol, has officially unveiled their newest single, “Finally,” which is slated to be released on April 6th via Spinnin’ Records. A pair of friends-turned-producers, Mr. Belt & Wezol have carved out a niche in the growing future house arena with their innovative, light-hearted dance creations. “Finally” is a blast to the past, as the talented duo help bring the legendary Cece Peniston and her track of the same name into the present. Layering together Peniston’s impassioned vocals with stunning piano melodies and a deep bass line, Mr. Belt & Wezol gives the 90s dance classic an unquestionable groove.

Watermat has an ingenious tick that only comes to light once in a while. His trilling horn slashes in his breakout single, “Bullit,” brought a soundscape unheard of before, and the French mastermind is back with a new single, “Frequency,” with Dim Mak regular TAI. Again with a bag of surprises, the producer team take the groovey melodies of deep house and infuse them with blaring synths to deliver a track that seems to take on a genre of its own. “Frequency” will be out in full on March 30th on Spinnin’ Records.

One of France’s finest producers, Tchami, has returned with the first release off his highly anticipated second EP, After Life. The title track of the EP, “After Life”, has an eerie introduction that haunts us with its echoing vocals and epic synth buildup before leading us to a classic Tchami drop, and who doesn’t love those dirty Tchami beats?

Accompanying the release of the original was the music video for “After Life,” which has a much different vibe from his last video for “Promesses.” The video takes a dark approach, putting you in the shoes of a man struggling with the concepts of life, death, and what is to come after. It’s something that we have all thought about at one point or another, which is why we’re really digging this vibe from the illustrious Frenchman. Our first taste of what the After Life EP will sound like is oh-so-sweet and we’re craving more. Listen to the track above and be sure to watch the music video after the jump. Enjoy!

Spinnin’ Records is having a big summer. So are the UK’s Higher Self, as they’ve just announced that “Ghosts” featuring Lauren Mason is set to release October 20th on the house that Oliver Heldens built. Speaking of Oliver Heldens, “Ghosts” was previewed on “Heldeep Radio 14” and The Magician’s “ The Magic Tape 45 ” which is no small accomplishment. Call it Nu-Bass. Call it Future House. Call it what you want. “Ghosts” from Higher Self and Lauren Mason is a prepped to be a certified smash.
