The Hit-BoyKanye West/Mike Dean/Anthony Kilhoffer produced track off Ye & Jay’s Watch The Throne album is quickly becoming the most remixed track in the game, largely due to the fact the beat is just flat out filthy. We just saw T.I. give it a go and now rnb-turned rap stars Chris Brown and T-Pain let loose on the track. Well, in reality, it’s only Breezy who works this beat and T-Pain pulls a DJ Khaled and does some high paid shit talking and chirping at the end. Breezy is still by far a better singer than he is rapper, but he’s definitely progressing with his quick delivery.

This past weekend Kanye had a surprise appearance at a Jazz Bar in NYC. He spit a freestyle about a range of topics from his racist accusations to Illuminati conspiracy. Below I posted a download link for those of you that really enjoyed it.

For those of you who enjoyed “Temptations,” the track I posted last week by Gorilla Warfare Tactics, here’s an ill freestyle video for your viewing pleasure (that sentence is so corny). Shot in my favorite neighborhood of New York City, the East Village, this video emulates the same sort of raw energy which spills from the area. Kristopher Rey-Talley, one of GWT’s fellow peers, shot and edited the video.

Shouts to my man Young Mo for the tip, this up an coming rapper is armed with some serious talent. Anyone else think this freestyle would be super awkward to listen to in class? Anyways, Tate’s manager hit us up with some info, here’s what he had to say:
Tate Tucker is from Los Angeles, California and he currently attends Georgetown University. He was recently seen by Lupe Fiasco and he has been in brief contact with him. He started freestyling in 8th grade and recorded his first songs at 16. In his first semester of college he decided to take his music seriously and earned some local buzz and even some exposure from the Source Magazine (and over 130k views on worldstarhiphop). His west coast identity is expressed in all of his music, making sure anyone who listens to his tracks know that he’s an LA Native. After months of hard work he is finally starting to see some results. He is currently in the process of recording his first two mixtapes: “Falling Up” and “Everyday Vacation” both scheduled to drop in the spring.
