House, Pop | Bob Sinclar ft Mr. Shammi & Colonel Reyel – Me Not A Gangsta

Posted by on October 27, 2011

Bob Sinclar, aka the man, is back with an interesting track to say the least. This is one of those tracks you’ve gotta listen to a couple times as its not your everyday FNT european house banger. It’s got a unique Mexican radio station twist to it (great explanation right), but it grows on you.

Hip-Hop | J_Mal – My Pride My Passion

Posted by on October 25, 2011

After dropping a number of serious track from his album over the past month, we proud to officially drop J_Mal’s My Pride My Passion. I think that this title is especially fitting because passion is definitely a word I would use to describe this project. Another word I would use is diverse because, J_Mal boasts tracks which span accross many of FNT’s favorite genres, including Hip-Hop, Electro, and RnB. Whatever your tastes, I am confident you will be able to find something in this project that really get you fired up.

Dubstep | Benny Benassi – Come Fly Away (Dash Total’D Remix)

Posted by on October 24, 2011

UNREAL Soft-core dubstep track. If you’re new to FNT (and there are lots of you so don’t feel shy about asking questions), soft core dubstep is what I like to refer to as vocal, easy on the ear, dubstep. Sure you have a few whomps here and there, but they won’t make your ears bleed. This is typically the only style you’ll see me post, I leave the rest up to Mach. This wonderful track embodies this “soft core” sub genre.

Dubstep | TdotBEAR – P.A.R.T.Y. for the Kill (Skrillex vs. Zomboy)

Posted by on October 23, 2011

The storm of Mashup artist submissions has subsided a bit and to be honest, I’m not complaining. Some of the worst “projects” I’ve heard from the FNT inbox during my day have been garage band, out of sync, out of tune mashes that make me want to throw my computer against the wall. However, every now and again I run into something from an unknown artist that’s worth posting. Our dubstep fans should be all over this one as it combines Skrillex’s “In For The Kill” with rival Zomboy’s “P.A.R.T.Y”.

Hip-Hop, Videos | Radical Something – California (Official Video)

Posted by on October 17, 2011

After getting back from their mini-European tour, Radical Something is ready to hit the ground running. Their latest release is these stunning visuals for the single California off their debut album We Are Nothing (which you can grab on iTunes here). Here is what they had to say about the video:

The video was shot in 2 days against the backdrop of sunny Venice Beach, CA. The song was written and recorded during the final hours of our studio lockdown this past May in Florida. We were inspired by our home state, and wanted to put together a visually stimulating, fun, colorful, and honest depiction of our lives in California.

If that wasn’t enough excitement for ya, well when this video hits 100,000 views, Radical Something will be releasing their next music video, Freedom, which is currently in post production
