Dubstep, Videos | Krewella – Killin’ It Official Video
Posted by Mach on February 8, 2012
Chicago’s, Krewella only dropped this dubstep banger original a few weeks ago and now have a top notch video to match. Krewella has been on absolute fire as of recent, this video of Killin’ It is a great reflection of how they have progressed within the music community. The first thing people notice about them are the great vocals they consistently lay down on bomb dubstep beats. Killin’ It especially has some of my favorite vocals, undoubtedly killing it over this filthy beat. The production of the video was done by Chicagos, Radio Edit AV, who have done videos for Pretty Lights, Paper Diamond, Big Gigantic, Two Fresh, and Michal Menert. Radio Edit AV created a compilation of shows and shots taken outside Krewellas studio, The Krewella Funhouse. Leaving us with this sick video, showing the fans the lifestyle of dubstep and how the rest of us are missing out on fun times.

Dubstep | R Rated #14

Being one of the most epically filthy R Rated posts that Sev and I have assembled, it called for a picture that says we mean business. The first track to start off is an insane remix of Antidote, this is how dirty the original should have been.
DOWNLOAD: Swedish House Mafia v Knife Party – Antidote (Catalyst’s Found The Cure Dubstep Remix)
This track is a very deep dubstep track. Bitstrap is an artist I am not too familiar with, but if the rest of his tracks are smooth and heavy like this he’s ok in my book.
DOWNLOAD: Bitstrap – False Prophet
Flinch has been on projects with big names such as Skrillex and 12th Planet. This new remix of his definitely sets a high standard for heavy vocal tracks.
DOWNLOAD: Ming – Go All Night (Flinch Remix)
Sirkit made one funky sounding drumstep original. It makes me think of goofy old videogames from Sega Genesis, except Sonic wasn’t trying to make your ears bleed.
DOWNLOAD: Sirkit – Shake ‘n Bake
I was slightly confused when I was first listening to this. The track obviously starts out with Katy Perry vocal sampling, so naturally I expected some continuation once the track dropped. I love being wrong.
DOWNLOAD: Cyrex – Roll On
Had to save the best for last. Sev introduced me to this insane track just the other day. The drop is just jam packed of crazy, filthy goodness.

Mach and I have been on the hunt again and I’m happy to report we have had another successful week. Bringing you the filthiest of the filthy, we have compiled another weeks worth of tracks to kick start the new semester. This first track is something out of the ordinary for Delta Heavy as well as for R Rated. Its a heavy moombahcore remix to Nero’s Must Be The Feeling, and when I say heavy I mean it.

Cutline releasing another remix, but this time to Roll Deep’s hip-hop track Picture Perfect. These guys really know how to make dope drop.

Another name we have been hearing a lot of lately, xKore. This time xKore collaborates with Dope Arcade to bring another monster bass filled track. Prepare yourself.

High Maintenance creates a sick remix to Manufactured Superstars track Take Me Over that sounds like a fusion between Gemini and Xilent.

Mach sent me this track today and after hearing it once I was hooked. Schoolboy released his EP a few days ago and this is by far my favorite track on there. The nice vocals and buildup work well together working into the unique style drop.

Mister Black bringing the bass in this track. At first you suspect that nothing can come from these nice vocals and soft build up, then once you hear the drop you wonder if you are still listening to the same track.

Mach managed to catch me right before I was about to publish this post with this banger. Strap yourself in because the drop comes in quick and heavy.
Dubstep | Dusky Ft. Janai – Lost In You (DarkElixir Remix)

The newest Freebie from Play Me Records, DarkElixir created a gem of a remix. Lovestep at its finest, and damn is this remix fine. DarkElixir just dropped a single on beatport today. It’s called Grand Prix and is one filthy track, grab it on Beatport if you feel so inclined. This hot remix of Lost In You, is the highlight of my day though. It is beautiful. Dedication, you know who you are…

Dubstep | Krewella & Flinch
Posted by Sev on January 20, 2012
Today turned out to be a great day with two monster releases from Krewella and Flinch. The beautiful girls of Krewella and Rain Man have concocted a filthy dubstep track with sexy vocals once again. Their remix of Breathe, or as it is known now Summit, was nothing short of nasty, but this track is on a whole other level . The title of the track says it all; they start off with enticing vocals to lure in the listeners, but right when you least expect it you get hit by the grimy drop. Flinch’s track starts off a little slower than Krewella’s track does, but don’t let the slow start fool you. Flinch comes in heavy on his drop as well, and its packed with bass and laser synths. Big things coming from both of these producers in the future, so if you want to stay current with their releases be sure to check out their pages.

Seeing as SOPA is making everyone go nuts over censoring, this picture seemed well suited. Sharing my own opinion, no way it will pass, so everyone relax, haha. Since last Wednesday, Sev and I have come across tons of R worthy tracks, so why limit it this week? Starting from softest to straight up filth we start with iNexus, yet again making it onto this post, and a few much needed remixes of Skrillex. Next we move onto a tight remix of Nero’s Reaching Out and Eminem giving lesbos nightmares again. The Bolivian Marching Affair has a sick original, using the same vocal samples the favored Zomboy used on his EP. Next is a little treat from 12th Planets new EP, which he collaborated on with Skrillex and Kill The Noise who has been on fire lately. The next few tracks get a little serious at this point. X Kore dropped a crazy new track, using some synths I have never heard before, definitely making a name for himself. It has been some time since Millions Like Us has dropped some real filthy s***, better late than never. All credit goes to Sev on finding the new Muzzy remix, chillin to some laid back guitar, then BAM! Last track is something SOPA would need to censor fast before every Disney loving child has to have their toys burnt and the lights left on at night. By the way, does anyone know what the f*** a wobble wednesday is?

Drum & Bass, Dubstep | Doctor P Ft. Jenna G – Neon (Remixes) EP
Posted by Mach on January 16, 2012
Neon might be the first huge single release of 2012. For those of you that don’t know, Neon is originally just an instrumental track of Doctor P’s from a few years ago, but instead of claiming it as a vocal mix, Doctor P decided keep the name original. DJ Fresh, a good friend of Doctor P’s and Flux Pavilion’s, jumped on in with a sweet drum & bass remix of the track. The crazy duo, Roksonix, provided a nasty dubstep remix, straight up filthy. Yet, I am still a sucker for the original of the track. Doctor P is smart man for asking Jenna G to provide vocals for this track. He mixed in her vocals flawlessly, for sure going to be a top track of 2012.
