Okay woah, I’m just gonna cut to the chase here and say this mix is BANGIN – Keys N Krates is proving themselves as a serious predator in the music game right now. This has got pretty much every track that you need to play at your parties if you ever want anyone to have any sort of fun right here, perfectly transitioning one into the next. Granted, my favorite parts are Keys N Krates original songs, especially I Just Can’t Deny (7:25). And you know, I can’t deny that this will probably be the only thing I listen to for the rest of the weekend.
As you can see, this is the 5th installment of HARD’s Future Stars Mini-Mix Series, which has so far featured Paper Diamond, Jerome LOL & Samo Sound Boy, Green Lantern and Justin Jay. You can check out those sets and many more here (can’t promise they’ll be as good as this one though…!)

The track originally started out as just tyDi & Toni Neilson working together in an NYC studio, but thankfully Finnish duo Maison & Dragen were added to the mix and added the energy and big room intensity it needed. The track wastes no time getting to the chase with a powerful opening that slowly tails off into a smooth piano build, letting Toni Nielson’s magnificent vocals shine, ushering in an anthemic, driving synth laden drop. Of the packed music Monday we had yesterday, this may be the gem of them all. Watch out for Maison & Dragen this year, they will be making some noise. “Walk On Water” is part of tyDi’s “When I Go” EP that features 4 originals and an outstanding remix from Arnej.

Recognizing at times his trip may be disgruntling and appear as a chase to nowhere, these are the cards he was dealt and no matter what adversity he faces, music is his destiny. This song is straight fire from start to finish, if you were wanting the opportunity to stop and breathe then go outside and take a lap. This is the anthem for a straight rage with glitter, strobe lights, unicorns and midgets on trapezes. It is the anthem for thinking that adderall was tylenol and then crushing it at the gym. It is the anthem for getting pulled over because you were thinking you were in a car chase. Proceed with Caution.

Denton, Texas based talent, Joseph Somo, is back at it again with another exceptional video that covers stand out tracks from Drake’s sophomore effort “Take Care”. With the release of this new video, I’m convinced that Joseph SoMo and Cody Tarpley are the Drake and 40 of the cover game right now. Absolutely unstoppable. If SoMo keeps making covers like this, he won’t be able to go out of his own house without a flashmob of tween girls giving chase. Must be tough to be him.
