I was recently introduced to Sugar Mill, a rising Electro House duo based out of Wisconsin, and fell in love with their remix of Lana Del Ray “Video Games”. The remix does a great job of keeping with the original melodies and transforming the song into an incredible Electro House tune. It is one of their older works and I’m sure they have some bangers lined up to be released in the near future. Excision has set a standard for his past Shambhala mixes, so you should know what you are getting yourself into when downloading this mix. This mix is created for the select few who can handle the heaviest, grimiest, craziest dubstep tracks all combined into one, one hour and half long mix. Containing some new unreleased bangers from the man himself along with what seems to be like his new go to collaboration team with Downlink and Space Laces. The wait is finally over! Na Palm finally dropped his long awaited Electronic Chronic #002 Podcast and it’s way dirtier than I expected. Na Palm has been teasing us with juicy hints and single tracks for the past few weeks, and the full hour is satisfyingly packed with the party bangers we’ve come to expect, along with some awesome mellow sections. As usual, from the very beginning Na gives us a view into his wickedly creative mind with hypercreative lyrics that cannot be matched by other MCs. Driving up the energy in the second part of the podcast is DJ/producer duo Milk & Cookies who absolutely kill it, bringing the hour to a banging finish. His energy, passion and dedication were immediately apparent, and he was also incredibly modest and earnest. So just in case you are currently experiencing a serious case of beat deficit, allow me to present Danny Olson’s Big Hoops Remix. Olson takes the original Nelly Furtado track for a total ride on this one, and the second it’s over you’ll have no other choice but to press repeat. Drum & Bass, Dubstep, Moombahton | Muffler Remixes: Volume Two (Subhuman)

Muffler and Subhuman are back at it again with Volume Two of the Muffler Remixes. Don’t expect anything less than the grimiest dubstep bangers and the heaviest drum & bass tracks from these guys. Now that you have been warned, we can continue and disclose these superb tunes.
Pixel Fist making another appearance on a Muffler EP , and yet again bringing another heavy drumstep/drum and bass banger. No complaints from this track, providing the screechy synths and thick sub-bass. Bare bringing a similar styled remix as Pixel Fist, but slower for obvious reasons (BPM). This track separates itself from Bare’s other tracks, because he incorporates more punch to each of his kicks and drops, which overall brings a heavier atmosphere to the track. Continuing on we have three other dubstep/drum & bass remixes provided by Ajapai, Muffler, and Nightwalker. Nothing short of bass-driven bangers from all three artist. I have to say the last remix provided by Billy The Gent X Long Jawns is the most unique and stylish to me being that it is Moombahton. These guys are on the rise and I can’t wait to get my hands on more of their releases. You can get the whole EP on Beatport HERE.
