I love all the Cartoon Network samples used in this track, brings me back to the days of watching Dexters Lab, Johnny Bravo, and of course Foster’s Home For Imaginary Friends. I’m sure Detzky had a lot of fun using these samples. The track is a Dubplate, which means the chance of it ever release is very slim, but it is still worth a listen for the nostalgia.

For those who didn’t know, the legendary Dido is releasing a new album, “Girl That Got Away” March 4th. Featured on the deluxe version of the album is this sick Electro-House remix from Benny Benassi that we have been given the opportunity to premiere to our fans today. I think my favorite thing about this remix is you can see how Benny has successfully adapted his style to the styles that are becoming more and more popular. Benny and Dido have been members of the music world for a long time and the fact that they can come through with great tracks still is incredible.

So this track came out of absolutely NO WHERE. My jaw hit the floor when I saw Armin tweet this preview and I have yet to pick it up after hearing it. This is pure unabated trance that we saw from Arty from his Alpha 9 days and sprinkled in after. Bask in the pure bliss of this track and get ready for its release on February 14th as a part of the 10 edition of A State Of Trance compilation. Speaking of said compilation, the tracklist was released today and it is monstrous. With new tracks from Armin & W&W (what?!), JOC, BT, Gaia, Heatbeat, Andrew Rayel, Omnia, Aly & Fila and many more, this will be a must have for any trance fan. Electro-House, Preview | Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike – Wakanda (Preview)

Axtone make their first statement in 2012 with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike’s upcoming single “Wakanda”. First gaining huge hype when SHM played it at their opening show at the Friends Arena in Stockholm, this track is set to be huge for WMC. With a heavy kick and a powerful drop, this track is going to be a favorite of many for months to come. Watch for this one on February 11th.
Preview, Progressive House | DubVision – Redux (Preview)

Coming off of their debut on Axtone records with their remix of Discopolis “Committed To Sparkle Motion“, the dutch duo make their return to Spinnin Records where they made their breakout with the single “All By Myself”. “Redux” follows the same grain as their previous tracks with festival sized drops and soaring melodies and though they may take some flack for not switching it up enough, their sound is so melodic and uplifting, it is just fine. Check back here on March 8th for the release.

Much like 2012 was Axtone’s year, 2013 has the potential to be Size Record’s year. Having already released “Head Up“, with “Swoon” coming on February 11th and another vaunted release on its heals in a week or two, Size is set with a stable of outstanding releases ready to go all the way through the summer. Tim Mason has wowed us before with his originals like “The Moment” & “Anima” and he may have topped them both with “Swoon”. Damn, should have remembered Koven as one of the artists to look out for this year. He has a decent amount of known releases for this spring, including a collaboration with Modestep. This original from Koven is massive. The vocals are an ever so sweet touch, but Koven murdered our ears by riddling them with bass. I will be honest, the music video isn’t much to see, but I guarantee that this track blows minds. “More Than You” is part of an upcoming EP of Koven’s also titled “More Than You.” The EP features a remix of the title track by DC Breaks plus another orignal from Koven called “No Blocks.” The EP is set to release March of this year, no specific date as be stated yet.
