Pop | Alice Gray Steps into 2021 with ‘Double Decker’

Posted by on June 18, 2021

Constantly innovating her own unique sound, Alice Gray’s musical reach knows no bounds. The San Diego-born, Los Angeles-bred songstress cut her teeth on Garage Band beats before turning to singing and songwriting full time. In the 2nd grade, the creative started a band with her friends, where they wrote and performed their own music with accompanying dance numbers. From 2nd grade until the end of her college studies, Gray put her music dreams to the side to pursue a degree in Fine Arts, only to return to that first love of music on the heels of participating in her first ever songwriting class. Now, Gray boasts a cool 3 Million+ streams on Spotify alone; not to mention, her music has been featured on TV shows including Light As A Feather and Shadowhunters. After debuting hit singles “Del Mar” and “Summer’s Gone” with Aaron Taos in 2020, the indie-pop maven returns with a captivating “Double Decker.” Fusing sonic instrumentation with lush pop beats, Alice Gray creates a spellbinding treat in just over 3-minutes. Honeyed vocals swell over electric guitar riffs as Alice Gray creates a pop performance for the ages in her 2021 debut. A uniquely defined aesthetic best characterized by pop perfection, Alice Gray’s “Double Decker” is available now.

Pop | Jeremy Loops Releases “Postcards” Video

Posted by on June 16, 2021

“Postcards” showcases Jeremy Loops distinctive vocals, flowing melodies, and sunshine-soaked hooks. The song’s inspiration draws from the unique relationship pressures of occupational travel and long distances. A complicated situation for most relationships that have to deal with both issues. This is the first piece of music i’ve heard from Jeremy Loops but it surely won’t be the last, I am impressed.

“Postcards is a song about the ups and downs of relationships, people feel like they are alone when they suffer difficulties in relationships, it’s more common than people admit. This isn’t a sad song, it’s a song about acceptance and accepting that difficulties are often part of the journey to finding that solid connection. It’s a very upside-down world we’re living in right now. It’s hard to see people agreeing on anything, but this is one thing I feel like everyone can agree on. Sometimes we just can’t live with or without each other.” – Jeremy Loops
