Indie | Gryffin and Manila Killa Join Forces to Release the Song of the Summer
Posted by Juicebox on May 10, 2016
Gryffin has been the mastermind behind some of the year’s best remixes, including his take on Troye Sivan’s “Youth” and CHVRHCES’ “Clearest Blue,” but with summer fast approaching, he’s joined forces with Manila Killa on a stunning take of Jack Garratt’s “Surprise Yourself” that we’ll be bumping for the rest of the year. This remix is signature Gryffin infused with trademark Manila Killa, as Jack Garratt’s infectious croons are bolstered by soaring synth arpeggios and a bumping bassline. Check it out above and keep an eye out for more Gryffin and Manila Killa coming in the future.
Indie | Gryffin’s Remix of CHVRCHES’ “Clearest Blue” Is Summer Captured In 4 Minutes

There’s no denying that we’re huge fans of Gryffin over here at Fresh New Tracks. The talented multi-instrumentalist not only pushes the boundaries of dance music with his forward-thinking brand of house, but he’s also managed to find a sound that appeals to his dance fans, while still maintaining enough mainstream appeal to crossover into pop. His latest effort, a remix of CHVRCHES’ “Clearest Blue,” is an ode to his impressive production talent, as he takes on the Scottish indietronica band’s biggest hit, and infuses it with his signature melodic house style with soaring guitar riffs, a big bass line, and pulsing synths.

Chill, Indie | “Just Let It Happen” With NYC’s Nozart
Posted by VMan on February 29, 2016
New York City is filled with all sort of talent, especially musicians. Get familiar with one (of many) of the multi-talented artists in the city, Noah Kellman aka Nozart. His new song “Just Let It Happen” is a smorgasbord of influences and instruments and I cannot get enough of it. The composer/pianist/producer blends together orchestral elements like strings and a jumpy woodwind to create a very unorthodox sound compared to the rest of the music being released on Soundcloud. Kudos to Nozart for keeping art fresh, listen to “Just Let It Happen” and follow him on Soundcloud to check out now music coming soon.
