Electro-House, House | Birthdayy Partyy Take On Bassnectar Classic With Latest Remix
Posted by VMan on June 5, 2018
When Birthdayy Partyy come out with a remix, usually it’s one of their throw back ones. However, they do dabble in the dance world when they get a chance – after all, they already have official remixes for both Autograf and LUZCID out. Other than that, they’ve put out an edit of another EDM tune and now they have taken on Bassnectar’s most classic record, “Bass Head.” Birthdayy Partyy flip the tune into their own house edit that I can only imagine goes off well live. If you happen to be going to Spring Awakening, you just might here them drop it. It’s a set you won’t want to miss.
Electro-House, House, Remix | Birthdayy Partyy Drop Gwen Stefani Remix After EDC Debut
Posted by VMan on May 28, 2018
It’s not often an act gets to do their debut set at EDC Las Vegas, but that was just the case for the Birthdayy Partyy twins. Of the many tracks they dropped their, a certain remix really popped off. That was “Hollaback Girl” by Gwen Stefani, re-imagined by the brothers. Their bass-driven house take on the 2004 classic is another piece of evidence why mainstream artists need to tap these guys for official remixes. They’ve already released major flips of Lil Jon, Justin Timberlake, P!NK and more with each being top quality. Like what you hear? Check out their full discography as soon as possible!
Chill, House | Teddy Rose’s “I Know” Strong Successor In String Of Club-Fueled Remixes
Posted by VMan on May 22, 2018
Between nailing nearly 1 million streams combined collectively on the Teddy Rose alias and playing dozens of show this year and last. The confident and empowering DJ continues his steady stream of remixes that fit an anytime environment – a key element to the Teddy Rose success strategy.
“I Know” takes the minor chord route, displaying a nostalgic but colorful drop in the comfortably wrapped single that completely enhances the soft and innocent nature of Jocelyn Alice. Teddy Rose is a motivated individual who seems to, in part, want to spread that nationwide. Given his track record and social media videos, it’s safe to say he’s doing so pretty effectively.
Bass, House | Corrupt Drops Back-To-Back Bass House Singles On USA-based Liftoff Records
Posted by VMan on May 12, 2018
Corrupt’s 4-year career is taking bigger and broader strides, his latest move being two back-to-back singles signed to Lift Off Records. The singles focus on a bass house feature, “Inside This Dream’s” bursting personality alongside Miami bass influence acts as an excellent juxtaposition to “Parallel,” a happy vocal/melody tune with heavy drops making up the core of the experience.
Music isn’t the only marketing widget in Corrupt’s arsenal, support from big podcasts, media outlets, solid stream numbers, and a comfortably-relatable brand harmonize to form a certain hype that is easy to see.
James Caudle aka Corrupt’s rise has been a gelling since his Ohio State University days, realizing he had a talent for DJ/producing after attaining the ability to pull a regular crowd behind the decks. These years of focus, experimentation, and learning acting as foundation of the artist we see today. From there, slots at Spin SD, La Santa Mexico, Electric Forest, #Fest and more became notches under the belt.
Regular shows being a normal part of his 2018 schedule. More content is one thing you can count on from Corrupt.
Electro-House, House, Remix | Birthdayy Partyy Drops First Official Remix For Autograf’s “Dead Soon”
Posted by VMan on May 8, 2018
Birthdayy Partyy have come out with several remixes this year, but their first official one may be their best. The trio Autograf dropped a remix EP for their single “Dead Soon” that is still fresh off the press. Out of the three, Birthdayy Partyy’s is the most distinct with its hard house sound. Combining bass and electro house, this remix hearkens back to the 2012 era with its style, one that feels timeless. Although dance music has come a long way, these types of records are making their way back to the forefront and Birthdayy Partyy are becoming a huge part of that push. Wouldn’t be surprised if this became a classic in the comeback!
