Chill, Deep House | Benjamin Francis Leftwich – 1904 (Manila Killa Remix)
Posted by Mel on April 15, 2014
The unique brand of music that Kygo and Thomas Jack have made popular is what Manila Killa has tried to replicate in his latest remix and he definitely succeeded in doing so. The only reason you could tell Kygo didn’t make this is because it doesn’t have the same main lead that pretty much all of his songs have. Other than that though, this is spot on. If by the off chance you were looking for more tropical house themed music, this should fit alongside your Kygo collection nicely.

Fresh off a sold out show in London, Kygo isn’t wasting any time releasing his remix of Benjamin Francis Leftwich’ “Shine,” and after my first listen this might be one of my top 3 favorite remixes from the Norwegian producer. Deep House | Disclosure x Friend Within – The Mechanism
Posted by BIGLIFE on April 13, 2014
If you were to ask Disclosure if their music is “deep house” they would tell you it isn’t. Which is fair I guess, because if we’re being technical, you’d call it “UK garage.” The fact still remains, Disclosure has pretty much popularized a “pop” version of deep house that has sparked a movement that’s combating the progressive house nonsense that you hear regularly on the Beatport charts. Deep house is in, progressive house is out. I’m not wild about this new Disclosure track, but we’re always willing to take it von deeper. Disclosure. Friend Within. The Mechanism. April 15th.

Deep House | Tchami – Untrue (Extended Mix)
Posted by BIGLIFE on April 4, 2014
Tchami has quickly become a FreshNewTracks.com favorite over the last few months with his infectious remixes and future house originals. The Parisian linked up with Spinning Records to release “Untrue,” a brooding deep house / future house cut that will have even the whitest of people dancing. Be sure to support the track on Beatport to combat all the other big room mindless nonsense on the charts.

Bass, Deep House | NVOY – Don’t Ever
Posted by mimada on March 30, 2014
With the arrival of springtime and summer a moment away on the horizon, it seemed inevitable that the UK house duo NVOY would provide us with something to cater to those vibes. While their previous releases have all been deep, club-appropriate bangers, this track is a much airier one that I envision myself hearing at some chic, rooftop, poolside day party in the upcoming months, full of trendy socialites with good taste in music and bottomless Aperol Spritz. But I mean, even if I still don’t get an invite to the party, I’m confident in the growing hype of NVOY, this track will still be spinning. Hold your breath for their first official release here soon!

A few weeks back I introduced you to Glastrophobie’s underrated remix of James Vincent McMorrow’s “We Don’t Eat” and today the young German producer sent over his latest remix of Angus & Julia Stone’s “And The Boys” which I hope will capture your heart and ears as it captures mine. While I’m sitting back and enjoying the first Saturday of Spring, this record couldn’t be anymore perfect for the soundtrack of today. If you’ve been going gaga for that deep house wave lately, make sure you include this one to your playlist. This is a must listen and a must download!
