Chill, RnB | Wilsonn Get’s Personal On “Even If I Know”

Posted by on March 19, 2018

“Even If I Know” is a sexy, chill new alternative R&B single that deserves your attention. When asked about the tune Wilsonn stated “It can be quite easy to write music with up beat synths about how good life is, however it’s when it all comes crashing down when you really start to write the music that got you into this in the first place”, and this just proves any emotions, good or bad, help with creativeness and crafting art. Check out the new track above now and keep Wilsonn on your map he is bound to blow soon enough if he keeps dropping stuff as dope as this.

Electronic, RnB | Mr. Probz returns with “Space For Two”

Posted by on March 12, 2018

Mr. Probz is back with a new single release on Ultra Records entitled “Space For Two.” You might remember the Dutch singer-songwriter from his debut breakout hit “Waves” in 2014, and since, his tracks like “Till You’re Loved”, and his other release from 2018 – a Kaytranada-produced track “Gone” featuring Anderson.Paak.

“Space For Two” sees Mr. Probz’s vocals in an almost acoustic light, through production that is soulful enough for R&B but catchy enough it could be nearing pop. The track also was released alongside a video that illustrates some of the inspiration for the song, demonstrated through quite the quirky and out of the box relationship and its ups and downs.

Electronic, Pop, RnB | Spazz Cardigan Is Nashville’s New Act To Keep Your Eyes On

Posted by on March 9, 2018

“Episode” by Spazz Cardigan sounds like if Beck and MGMT had a kid and then that child combined forces with the love child of Empire of the Sun and early Maroon 5. Kind of an odd combination and comparison of sounds but seriously, stream the flashy and fun new tune and give it your own feedback in the comments section. I am impressed and bewildered by this one and plan to re-listen to it a bunch of times. Listen to “Episode” by Spazz Cardigan above now and keep the rising artist on your radar!

Hip-Hop, RnB | Take A Ride With Kai Straw In “Cherry Corvette”

Posted by on September 27, 2017

Kai Straw just gave me the chills with his newest single. “Cherry Corvette” is the last song we’re getting before he releases his GUN album in full. This time around Kai gets masterfully chill with this laid-back treat. With the seasons shifting to a more cool setting, this is the perfect song to take hold of your playlists as you kickback. “Cherry Corvette” feels a bit like a hip-hop track, but Kai doesn’t dive fully into the genre, delivering his unique indie flavor. It’s more than a song, it’s a tale that I’ve had on repeat since it dropped today.
