Wow, isn’t this album art awesome? Anyway, “Nocturn” by Harrison Blakoldman out on Cosmonostro is a trapped out beauty. “Nocturn” stands out from a lot of the trap coming out right now. The sounds of a xylophone ring over low bassy beats. Its a lullaby with a modern twist. My favorite part is after a minute in when the sound is fuller, but it’s all really unique and interesting to listen to. Grab it for free!

Kursa has been a big up and coming name in my book, his blended productions based around Drum & Bass have been an absolute delight to indulge on. This needs some well deserved attention. Dog Pound by ZAGOR is a musically composed masterpiece in my opinion. I could listen to this song all day with the endless array of interesting sounds to listen to as the song goes along and enough where I hear something different every time – it’s absolutely entertaining. Can’t get enough of this jam.

Didn’t really know what to expect out of this track when it first got started in my speakers, but once the ball got rolling, the drop blew my frickin brains out. It’s been a huge year for What So Not and this is the perfect way to top off the 2013 music career. It nicely full of melodies and hooks to please the ear but has a massive eruption of bass and extreme feeling that other songs cannot compare to. It’s a huge staple in his growing setlist for sure and still vibes to that signature What So Not sound so its a win/win for everyone. Look for this December 10th via OWSLA.

If you’re in need of a little pick me up on this humpday, Dotcom has got you covered! Just when you think the drop at :28 is heavy enough, 1:09 comes along and Dotcom delivers exactly what he promised; a heavy festival trap drop. While Dotcom always crushes it with his heavy hitting remixes, we haven’t seen him indulge in trap much. Keep your fingers crossed this isn’t a one time thing for Dotcom cause this trap remix is the definition of a banger.
