Bass Union coming through once again with yet another sick track. If you haven’t subscribed to these guys on youtube you are missing out some sick free downloads and exclusive previews. Skism has been busy running Never Say Die Records lately, so seeing something from him after a long drought is nice. He is back and in style, with this heavy remix of Mufflers track which should be released very soon along with other remixes from big names. Also keep a heads up for a Never Say Die Compilation that is supposed to be releasing soon thats going to be filled with dope tracks from all the boys at NSD. Before we get into the free releases this week, here is a must of have track for the Crunkstep R fans. Its newest creation of Excision & Downlink titled, Headbanga. Brace yourselves for this one because it’s my track of the week. Im not a big fan of Crunkstep, but this is on another level of heavy.

Dubstep, Electro-House, Electronic | Gemini — Fire Inside EP

One of my favorite Dubstep producers, Gemini, releasing another EP today titled “Fire Inside”. Yet again he brings something different to the genre, never ceasing to suprise me and always staying true to the style he favors most. Known most for his melodic/euphoric basslines and drops; Gemini keeps that style through this EP, but also provides something a little heavier, as well more electronic. Starting off with Fire Inside, which was previewed on UKF’s alternate youtube channel about a month ago showcasing Gemini’s electro fire, had already caught my attention before I even listened to the other three tracks. Giving it a trancy vibe throughout parts of the track, but also bringing the chainsaw electro sounds is what gives this tune the perfect balance between bliss and madness.
No Way Out is where we see that classic melodic Gemini style we all love so much, filled with his amazing piano melodies that bring us back to when he first released his single Blue. His third track To The World is his anthem to all the dubstep fans who need those heavy bass lines and drops. This tune has been one of the highlights of his US tour sets smashing crowds everywhere. Lastly we have a track entitled Nothingness, which was added last minute causing the EP release to be pushed back a week or so. This was completely unexpected from Gemini, but I’m glad he decided to include it on this EP. Categorized as Electronica, this track showcases his ability to create a masterpiece outside of Dubstep. This track really caught my attention and is an amazing work of art. You can listen to all the tracks below and purchase them from iTunes as provided or get them off of Beatport HERE. AutoLaser making their first appearance on FNT and providing us with a killer remix to the one and only, Welcome to Jamrock by Damien Marley. I can honestly say for some reason I still haven’t got sick of this song. Staying true to their laser sounds and synths, but also making sure Damien’s vocals are still directing the track. Up through the first two minutes of the track you expect nothing to come from this remix, but I promise you the wait is worth it. Providing us with some sick laser synths and high pitch sounds during the drop, it is like nothing I have heard.

Drum & Bass | Sev & Mach: DnB Fridays

Due to popular demand Mach and I are starting a weekly Drum & Bass post every Friday. The only problem is we still haven’t decided on what to call the post, so we are looking to the fans to help us out. So if anyone has any good suggestions on a name email us, find us in the chat, tweet us; do whatever you can to get a hold of us to tell us. With that said lets get our first installment started. 2DB is just beginning to get his exposure in Dnb and this track caught my attention right away. The synth and driving bass work well together to create and perfect skanker. If you like what you hear be sure to like him on FACEBOOK. Were going to try and cover all aspects of Drum & Bass on this post, from the soothing melodic Dnb to the grimey Drumstep, so there is something for everyone. First we have Terravita with yet another free track. These have just been releasing free track after free track, but this time instead of their usual dubstep track they gave away this Dnb track that the fans have been wanting for a long time. With is growl filled synths and heavy bass it is evident why it is in such high demand.

Moombahton | Moombah Mondays

Slowly but surely more and more artist are taking their stab at some form of Moombahton. You can add Helicopter Showdown to the growing list of artists who are putting out some form of Moombahton. One of their most well known tracks, Dramatron which was a big hit during last years UMF played out by Rusko, is now in Moombah VIP form. This is definitely some of the more heavier form of Moombah and FYI at 20k likes on their Facebook page they will release this track on their upcoming EP for FREE!

Lots of new sounds from him as well as veering away from the heavy Moombahcore sounds we are so used to hearing from him. Nevertheless : Dface knows what he is doing when it comes to Moombahton so be sure to show him some support.
No Stopping EP
Bro Safari pulling a Skrillex on this tune and remixing his own track. With that said, this track is banger. He needed to add a little more spice into his SXSW and WMC sets, so he took one of his most highly known tracks, Da Worm, and buffed it up. Adding some nice transitions and BPM changes as well as a heavy bass synth sound that adds a nice flex to this track. You would be dumb not to grab this free download.

Next up is a duo that is new to me that I didn’t even know existed until I received an email about them. As individual artists you might know them as Killagraham and NYMZ. Killagraham is no stranger to heavy dubstep tunes, while NYMZ brings some House and Moombah flavor to the duo. As a group they go by Milo & Otis dropping some funky Moombah tunes. Show these guys some love and like there new Facebook page, you won’t regret it.

I posted about this track about a month ago and finally it has been released. There really isn’t much to say about this track that can’t be taken from listening to it, besides that this has to be one of the nastiest tracks from Funtcase we have seen in a while. I have never been caught so off guard from a track as much as this one. Hulk did the unthinkable, and made this radio top 40’s song into an absolute dubstep banger. I wasn’t lying to you guys when I said subscribe to Bass Union for some sick exclusives. Be sure to like these guys on FACEBOOK as well. First up we have Delta Heavy’s latest remix of Maverick Sabre’s next single releasing on April 22nd. This tune DnB heaven and Mach and I are big fans of this remix along with most of their other tracks.
