Electronic pop newcomer RAINDEAR has carved her own way into the genre space with her effervescent yet powerful vocals and gritty yet dreamy soundscapes. Her new single “Coins” shows off a fiercer side to her sonic identity. Hailing from the Baltic city of Kalmar, Sweden, singer/songwriter, Adée, has been developing a strengthening catalog of soul-injected pop gems. After a trip to New York to write at the end of last year, the Swedish standout emerges with the first single to come from her US visit called “Wasted On You,” and is said to be delivering an EP later this year. For “Wasted On You,” Adée steers a little more down the middle than her more urban-leaning past, however, she excels allow her soulful vocals to drive the track while the production under her still has a grandiose effect.
