Most dance music fans, even the casual ones, have heard EDX’s original, “Missing.” The track, which was released earlier this year, has gone on to garner over 8 million plays online and counting, on its way to becoming one of the biggest dance tracks of the year. The talented Swiss producer has continued to push the record, as he’s enlisted the Netherlands-based Joe Stone and Brazil’s Nytron to deliver two impressive remixes of his chart-topping original. First up is Joe Stone, who infuses the track with soaring piano riffs and a groovy bassline sure to tear up the dance floor. Hot on Stone’s heels is Nytron, who showcases his left-leaning, indie dance style with slick guitar work and heavy synth stabs on his remix. The remix pack is now available to buy/stream on online retailers.

It’s no shocker that Felix Jaehn is a mastermind in the tropical house genre. The German producer became instantly famous when he released his reggae, pop-infused remix of OMI’s “Cheerleader” last summer, which skyrocketed to the #1 spot on iTunes charts in over 55 countries. Suddenly bestowed with a huge international fan base, Felix was prepared to maintain that energy by showing off his musical dynamism by working with some of most talented producers and artists in the industry. Just last month, his pop-infused single “Can’t Go Home” with powerhouse artists Steve Aoki and Adam Lambert demonstrated the 21-year-old producer’s effortless ability to cross through genres and step outside his comfort zone.
Now, Felix Jaehn returns to once again surprise us with another genre-defying gem. His newest track “Cut The Cord” with Berlin-based producer Hitimpulse is a bouncy, evocative tune that highlights a fusion of rolling piano scales, thick synths, and a punching breakbeat rhythm.
