Dubstep, Remix | Birthdayy Partyy & RaceCarBed Collide For 2 Chainz Remix

Posted by on October 10, 2018

Birthdayy Partyy came in with another hot release, this time in company with the duo RaceCarBed. This adds yet another epic flip to an already stellar pile by the Chicago brothers. Dubstep isn’t something we always see from them, but when they do decide to turn up the bass to maximum gnarliness, it’s a nice shift. Grab the free download and stay tuned for more from both acts as they continue to take over 2018.

Something experimental for you on this Thursday from Ckrono & Slesh, as they release their EP Kayapo. Featured on Complex, and Vice, Kayapo is exploration of electronic music, what rave music really sounds like, which makes even more sense, considering these guys are Italian. Infusing afro house with elements of trap, and hip hop beats, for whatever reason I’m hearing Kanye West hop on these beats on some new age ish, you dig? Press play, this is what the cool kids are listening to!

Electronic | Mysterious Producer Toulouse creates an insanely original remix of Kanye West’s “Wolves”

A couple days ago my friend sent me a SoundCloud link for this producer I have never heard of  — Toulouse. Immediately after listening to his remix of Kanye West’s “Wolves,” I knew this was something special. After doing some digging , the only tidbit of information I could find out about the enigmatic producer/artist is that is place of origin is none other than Nigeria. The remix is accompanied by an equally visceral music video which I have linked below, but be warned, the video is quite the visual trip. If this remix is any indication of what is to come from the Nigerian producer, count me in as someone eagerly anticipating his next release.

Bearson and Mark Johns team up for “Imposter” a smooth chill house tune with tropical/electro-pop feels, released under up and coming label Next Wave Records. Hot off the success of her Kanye West release “All Day,” Mark has attracted the attention of Skrillex and the OWSLA team with her laidback style, and raspy delivery. Also keep an eye out for Bearson at a city nears you, as he’s now being represented by the Windish Agency! Press play, this is a must listen!

Hip-Hop | Chicago MCs, Vic Mensa and Kanye West team up on their new track “U Mad”

Posted by on April 10, 2015

I think I’m more mad that this song hasn’t been in my life for longer than the 30 minutes that I have been listening to it non-stop. Classic Kanye production with fantastic verses from the youngster Vic and his counterpart Mr. West. Shouts to Stefan Ponce, Smoko Ono, and Mike Dean for help on the track as well. Get used to hearing this one a lot.

Happy Monday everyone, you gotta love music that makes you feel good, and this remix has that shake and sound to get you through the day. This is a must listen!

With the style and creativity of Jon Bellion and a voice somewhere between SoMo and The Weeknd, Dylan Reese is someone you need to get familiar with. This up and coming R&B artist brings a certain attitude, style and work ethic to the often times forgotten genre.

Recently, Dylan has taken a pause on his original music and has been crafting unique medleys of well known songs. Today, Dylan let go the second installment in which he takes pop superstars Maroon 5’s ‘She Will be Loved’ and ‘Sunday Morning’ as well as ‘Say You Will’ by Kanye West’s favorite person, Kanye West. Dylan’s ability to fuse the three songs into one medley and really make it his own is spot on; be sure to check out the initial medley ‘Often/3005‘.
