HW&W Recordings just released an interview they did with Stwo along with this ever sweet original, “Syrup”. Now I won’t condone sippin’ some sizzurp, but Stwo delivers yet again with a must have track. The interview itself is actually an enjoyable read and an interesting insight into the mind of the up and coming Hip-Hop/R&B/Trap producer. Just got off work? Voting doesn’t open on Beatport until November 12th and I feel like Audeka already has one the top remixes. This Neuro-hop take on the Neuro-funk original is one hell of a dirty remix. The way the bass pours into your ears is like watching lions hunt, every thump is a gazelle being taking out. Make sure to show Audeka some love on this track, they are more than deserving to dominate the contest with this remix. Voting opens Nov. 12th and closes Nov. 25th.

Elliot Berger takes my breath away with this beautifully deep Neuro-funk remix. By the day, more and more artists are discovering the fantastic versatility of the neuro style. This having been the first of the style I have heard him produce in, I have to say this is one of Elliot Berger’s best works. If you enjoyed KOAN Sound & Asa’s new EP “Sanctuary”, I guarantee you will love this remix as well.

Everything Tajan makes is pure sex to the ears in my opinion, and he violates our ears once again with this hot R&B mashup. I’m sure Drake’s name is the eye catcher on this one, but don’t expect to hear him. Keke Wyatt and Avant’s vocals make this track, there is so much emotion to be felt from them as they belt out their undeniable love for eachother that you won’t even miss Drake.

Reggae, Trap | Lorde – Royals (Reef’d Remix)

The Reggae/Rock group, Reef’d, have put themselves in a new light with this beautiful cover of Lorde’s “Royals”. Blending in a little bit of Trap and Soul to the mix, the group showed myself at least that they are prepared for a whole new level Reggae that anyone can soak their ears into. This cover can bring a smile to your face even on the worst of days, I would know, it’s helped me feel good as well. Keep an eye out for great tracks from Reef’d in the future, seems everyone is working on good new beginnings.

MASSACR is a collective of Hip-Hop artists whose goal is developing Hip-Hop culture, “a think tank to express ideas for music collaborations, promotion of social awareness and community building, entrepreneurship, education, being the definition of Hip Hop”, as it was put simply by the group. This group titled opening track is some real soulful Hip-Hop, kicking back to the old days when the story was much more important than the beat. Yet, the beat still carries you enough to never make you want to stop bumping.
