Hip-Hop | Stevie Wonder Ft. Chance The Rapper – Lucki Eck$ (Prod. Young Chop)

Ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-chop squad. I eventually knew that Chance and Lucki Eck$ would be releasing some music together, seeing as they are two of the biggest faces of Chicago rap at the moment. But once I saw that “Young Chop” on the bottom I knew what was in store already before even listening to it. Whether its the eery chop squad intro that completely captivated me, or the slow beat that Chance’s words just effortlessly flow over, the song provides something fresh and different. Even with enlisting top tier talent on his song, Lucki holds down his part very very well. The whole aura of the song really embodies Lucki and the sound he has been creating with his first two mixtapes. Keep this one on repeat, cause it definitely will be hard not to keep listening to. Be on the lookout for more music from Lucki and Chance soon.

With the first official single from his sophomore album, Hall of Fame: Memoirs of a Detroit Player, Big Sean turns to his wallet for some inspiration. Not that I would expect anything else from the flashy Detroit pun spitter, but Sean wastes no time sharing his wealth…verbally. Apologies to the “old hoes”. Hall of Fame, 12/18/12.

Chief Keef gives us some brand new visuals for one of the tracks off his upcoming mixtape, Finally Rich. Produced by Young Chop, big surprise…, Sosa flows pretty nicely over this one. Peep back for the mixtape and other drops.
Hip-Hop, Mixtapes | Big Sean – Detroit (Mixtape)

GOD, OH GOD. Words can’t describe how excited I am for the month of September. We get this gem AND the GOOD Music album on September 18th, which mark my words will be the best day of the year. The tape is 17 songs deep with some serious features for the tape ranging from Jeezy to Common to Tyga to even Snoop Lion, and also shouts to Young Chop producing one of the beats. I wasn’t to pleased with Big Sean’s album, but after all his GOOD music verses and well…this mixtape, Sean Don looks to be back up top.
