King’s “Stand By Me”. With another makeover of a classic, the Los Angeles producer puts his fresh house spin on the track while still keeping it something a listener can sing along to. Gallant’s recently released single, “Weight In Gold,” has become one of this summer’s anthems. The LA-based R&B artist has a voice that is so unbelievably clean and smooth that it just lends itself perfectly to being remixed, and nearly every producer who could get their hands on “Weight In Gold” has delivered their own take on the track. One of the best remixes of “Weight In Gold” comes courtesy of Louis Futon, who infuses the track with his trademark futuristic style. Glitched out synths and rumblings bass lines perfectly complement Gallant’s soaring vocals and only further emphasize the stunning downtempo style of the remix. You can check it out above.

His music is not only perfect for the summertime, with its soaring melodies, electro-tinged basslines, and uplifting vocals, but it has some serious crossover potential. Future House | TKDJS’ Remix of “Never Say Never” Will Have You Gettin’ Down On The Dance Floor
Posted by Tay on August 11, 2015
TKDJS never fail to amaze me with the quality of their productions. Fresh off the release of their stellar remix of Blonde’s “All Cried Out,” the NYC-based producer trio has released a second remix in less than a month’s time – an ode to their tireless work effort – and this time, they’ve taken on the legendary UK electronic duo, Basement Jaxx, and their hit, “Never Say Never.” The swiftly emerging trio of producers has made a name for themselves with their out-of-the-box take on future house, as they masterfully morph vocal anthems into bass-heavy future house jams, and their remix of “Never Say Never” is no different. ETML’s vocals are nicely complemented with a booming, piano-driven melody before TKDJS peel back the curtain to reveal thumping kicks and glitchy, evolving synth progressions.

Deep House | TÂCHES Dazzles With His Latest Deep House Masterpiece, “Eat Your Friends”
Posted by Tay on August 5, 2015
Even though we’ve been a fan of TACHES for years now, but we still have no idea who he is. When a little birdie told me he had a new song coming out this week, I decided to do some digging to see what I could find out ahead of the release, but it wasn’t much. We’ve only got a few tracks on his SoundCloud, but just looking at the names can give you an idea of who TACHES is – a sarcastic and witty European whose wit and humor shines through in his music. His last track was “Prints of Whales,” a clever wordplay on the Prince of Wales, and the track he released today is titled “Eat Your Friends,” and features vocals from Shoffy. On “Eat Your Friends,” TACHES has a serious deep house brew going on, as he starts with a scratchy melody and slowly adds more and more elements, finally turning it into a full blown deep house jam.
