If you’re in need of a little pick me up on this humpday, Dotcom has got you covered! Just when you think the drop at :28 is heavy enough, 1:09 comes along and Dotcom delivers exactly what he promised; a heavy festival trap drop. While Dotcom always crushes it with his heavy hitting remixes, we haven’t seen him indulge in trap much. Keep your fingers crossed this isn’t a one time thing for Dotcom cause this trap remix is the definition of a banger.

This chill track called “Moet” (ft. JBird) is 1 out of 13 tracks on Esta’s new album “Paradise”. The album was released on Thanksgiving, and it really blew me away. There’s not a single track on it that I would skip. The style is generally mellow and haunting trap/electronic although some songs lean to a more ambient/garage style. Grandtheft just hit 50k fans on Facebook, so he decided to give away this very tasty freebie. He has become known for his remixing prowess, notably alongside Diplo, or on Mad Decent itself. Generally Madeon songs are best left alone, but here Grandtheft does just enough to make it a viable trap remix, while still keeping the genius of the original in tact.

The last time GBE and RiFF RAFF got on a track together, it was for Chief Keef and Jody Highroller’s “Cuz My Gear”, which was an instant classic. Now we have one of Chief Keef’s best buddies doing a song with Mr. Highroller. Overdose is a trap banger in which both SD and RiFF RAFF profess their love to all assortments of drugs in the song. Laugh all you want but I think RiFF RAFF killed his verse and for SD…we’ll just forget his part. Peep the WSHH player above and prepare to either laugh, shake your head in disbelief, and or both.

It’s finals time over here in the land of the Swedes but I’m taking a little coffee break to share some music that’s been helping me knock out all my work. Oregon based producer Electric Mantis brings us this delightful electro-trap track appropriately titled “Flips And Flops, Drips And Drops,” perfect for those currently listening to artists along the likes of Flume and L D R U. In fact, I have to credit one of the hottest music blogs on the internet right now for bringing this track into my life – that being Djemba Djemba’s Soundcloud Stream.
