As previewed before, Pierce Fulton’s remix of “What Happens in Vegas” has finally released today. Reworking almost entirely the original track, the young American adds his unique sound to this track with rising synths, a moving melody and a varying chord progression . This is a must have from the fast rising Vermont native who will be someone making some serious noise in 2012 and beyond. Get it on Beatport HERE.

The Weeknd is slowly becoming one of my favorite artists today. Along with Frank Ocean, he is the future face of R&B music, or what we at FNT like to call baby making music. Melodic Dubstep…R Rated Style. The video is creepy as hell, but it fits the vibes of the track flawlessly. Marka is set to drop under Exit Records on Dec. 16th.
Sev and I really enjoy putting together these posts. Gives us a chance to share and discuss the filthy tracks we have been listening to. Then share them with the fans, because for us thats what its about, spoiling your ears…or destroying them. This first track is a freebie from Dodge & Fuski. The drop isn’t anything you are use to hearing.

Today ill.Gates made a post on facebook saying that if that post hit 1,500 likes, he would drop a free track. 2 hours later he was shocked to see that he was well over the likes needed, and just dropped this sick collaboration with South Africa’s Die Antwoord. They even put together a little music video to go with the free track.

Cryptex, the producer who brought us the first Lean Back dubstep remix and many others, dropped this glitch-hop gem today. The original of this track was already awesome, Cryptex made it better.

HULK post a preview of this track on his soundcloud right before the official remixes of Sunlight dropped. I assumed that it was included, obviously it wasn’t. As most of HULK’s tracks are, I thought it was going to be another one of his tracks we can never have. Thank God I was wrong again.

Indie | W8’s Indie Pack #2

As the snow begins to fall here in Canada indie tends to fade from my playlist because of how summer oriented the sounds are. My sympathy goes out to you fortunate ones still occupying a warm climate, I feel your pain. After the positive response of last months Indie Thursday I took it upon myself to compile another collection of my favorite indie tracks of today. The more you like and comment on these indie posts equals the amount of energy I put into making them so feedback is nice.

There Goes the Neighborhood, Chris Webby’s new project, was due to release today but he had to push it back until Thursday. So while we’re waiting he released the final leak. Produced by Don Cannon, Webby goes in and throws a good flow on the chill beat. I’m excited to listen his new stuff, I’ve grown to really like his stuff more and more after Webster’s Lab.
