Divine Rhyme seems eerily similar to a gnarly artist I can’t put my finger on, can any of you FNTers out there throw me a bone with this one? If you missed this duo the first three times around the site, don’t slip up again (and yes I’ve thrown some previously posted tracks for those of you that fall under this category). I’m always taken away by these guys crisp production of chill beats backed up with strong lyrical skills. Rather than continuously pumping out tracks to stay in the limelight, Divine Rhyme meticulously refines their tracks until they’re satisfied with the end result. Illiphant and Scribe The Verbalist fall under a similar sound as Divine Rhyme so it only seemed fitting to throw them into this post. From what I can tell, Integrated Visuals is one of Scribes first public works but in my opinion it’s his best. To check out his other projects head over to his Facebook. Sometimes it takes a flawlessly produced mashup to remind you what a quality track is supposed to sound like. Perfect levels, check. Perfect bpm match, check. Perfect song choice, check… This list goes on. I’ve included one of Pixel’s remixes to illustrate this Polish producers diversity. And in case that wasn’t enough to make up for my lack of posting in the recent days, I’ve tossed in a couple other remixes done by Pixel’s group, “Rollin Stars” – check out the Lights track, FILTHY. This bonus track off Tiesto’s Vegas Club Life (fittingly sponsored by Heineken) dropped about a week ago but somehow it managed to slip by us. Perhaps that’s because I was too busy attending his filthy shows. If you have an opportunity to see Tiesto live, do it. The six figure light show will blow your mind (Canada stand up – he’s touring in a neighborhood near you now). Shouts to 10Breeze for the tip. Like Avicii’s Amplitude track, this heater is begging for some vocals, mashup anyone?

I’ve never been a fan of New Boyz, maybe because they’re like 16, but once I heard Big Sean going in over a sample of A-Trak‘s Heads Will Roll remix, I was all for this. Note, this is produced by Kane Beatz – shouts to Jeff R for the tip.

Kaskade isn’t one of my favorite DJ’s just because he was born and raised in the US (Illinois). While it’s easy to fall for someone you can relate to but it’s even easier to fall for an artist who has mastered the art of blending original vocals with progressive electronic beats. If I didn’t know any better I’d guess that Kaskade was from across the pond – kicking back with several other legends that grace The Ultra Top 100 DJ list. Mr. Dance.Love (purchase that linked album) dropped these mashes on his soundcloud within the last two weeks so enjoy them while they’re hot, they’re filthy.

Didn’t this track drop like yesterday? I normally hate even moderately heavy house tracks but for some reason this one’s piquing my interest. Perhaps thats because the novelty of the original has yet to fade for me.

Can you go wrong sampling Goddess Goulding? Doubtful. The simple beat and harmony of synths complement Ellie’s vocals flawlessly. Although this is more indie than most of our bangers, I suspect it’ll still be well received. Props to Levitas the Snake for the tip.
