Teaming up with director Jr Kc, Silver Medallion’s latest video encompasses the “live fast, die young” rockstar mentality of the song. “So I was in Boise, Idaho doing a show with Shwayze, Cisco Adler and Dunson, and had the opportunity to do a music video the night of the show with JR KC. We originally developed a complex plan to showcase one girl turning another to the dark side through drugs and alcohol and the good girls gradual descent too deep into a life she didn’t want to live… But about halfway through shooting the night descended into typical show night chaos and it ended up just becoming a Boise, Idaho party and the video turned into general rockstar mayhem instead. No problems there, this song is called The Young and the Reckless and that’s exactly what we are.” – Silver Medallion

Silver Medallion linked up with producer Spadez to create a banging new Electro single entitled “The Young and The Restless”. The song kind of has a Punk-Rock feel to it with an Electro backdrop. Definitely one of those songs to pump your fist to.

In this new song I sample a series of speeches from JFK and FDR, each of which exemplified to me how much our country has struggled and prevailed before. Given the current state of affairs I wanted to make a song to show that there is hope, hope for a better and more equal future for all.
