Posted by on February 13, 2013

Holy Ship!! offers a completely unique experience where you and 2500 other boaters get to party from sun up to sun up with some of the best Djs in the world who also party the hardest. Only in its second year, it has become one of the hottest tickets around and has developed into a bucket list type of event. The recap may not be as mind blowing as it was for 2012, but it shows us the 4 day journey from boat to island and and back again and plenty in between with shows from the likes of Skrillex, Diplo, Skream & Benga, A-trak, Justice, Gesaffelstein & Brodinski, Tommy Trash & Knife Party, and of course, plenty of chicks in bikinis. Fret not, if you missed last year because pre-book is just around the corner on March 5th at 12pm EST. Don’t waste anytime because rooms move VERY quickly, so get your group and money together and be ready. More info here.

I’m a bit late on this one, but better late than never. A few months ago we posted about Huey Mack’s upcoming birthday show in NYC. It ended up selling out Santos Party House turning into one hell of a party, until the venue cut it short causing fans to chant some not so good things about Santos. It was cleared up shortly after by some of NYPD’s finest. If you have yet to catch Huey Mack live you’re missing out and this recap video proves it. Huey will be announcing new tour dates this week with OCD: Moosh & Twist so be on the lookout for those and catch him in a city near you!

Since Dirtyphonics released their recap video from Vegas a few days ago, fans have been begging for them to release the funked out Electro banger featured. As the group stated with the free release of the track today, Christmas came early. It always feels like forever since the last time I thoroughly enjoy a strictly Electro track. Dirtyphonics delivered an everlasting blow to the pleasure receptors in my brain. Going hard on a Monday night? Why not?

House | Special Features – You & Me (Clinton VanSciver Remix)

Posted by on September 2, 2012

Clinton VanSciver has made quite an impact on the EDM scene since dropping his old moniker “Mister Perfect” in favor of his real name. His track with Swedish Egil, “Love Letters,” was featured on Beatport’s Electro House page after its release on Into the AM Records; Toshiba used his remix of DVBBS’ hit “DRVGS” in their Veld Fest coverage recap; and now, he’s got an EP of original music on the way. If you haven’t heard of Clinton VanSciver, now would be the time to start listening. This track isn’t the average release from a young up and comer.

DOWNLOAD: Mike Stud – A Toast 2 Tommy Tour Singles

There is no doubt that Mike Stud has been on the rise since he released his freshmen mixtape A Toast to Tommy, in the beginning of last October. It achieved great success debuting at #3 on the iTunes hip-hop charts and #66 on the Billboards, sheesh. Afterwards, Mike embarked on his first Nationwide tour that rocked 25 cities in 2 months, selling out the final 6 shows. Along the road he dropped numerous singles and a handful of videos to accompany them. With each song he progressed and tried new things, even taking an attempt at singing on “Is It Worth It” and “Boyfriend”, and it wasn’t too shabby. Overall, the growth and progression of Stud’s movement is something many new artists dream of and hope to achieve.
