House, Preview | Swedish House Mafia – Don’t You Worry Child (Radio Preview)
Posted by Mach on August 10, 2012
After the success of the Milton Keynes Bowl, delivering the great trio’s final release, we now have a much better preview to tease our ears with. Not to be that guy, but this tracks instrumental is scary similar to “Save The World.” (Waits for target to be painted on the back of head) Being their last release, this track will undoubtedly top all music charts anyways. One thing that stands out more than anything is the lyrics that Swedish House Mafia have laid over from John Martin. If anything, vocalists are the reason that no one really seems to care how similar instrumentals are to previous releases. Look at David Guetta, he has practically made a living off of that production style.
I know I strongly come off as a hater of Swedish House Mafia, but I am just disappointed that Gemini seems to never be releasing his remix of “Miami 2 Ibiza.” My second defense is that this last release I love listening to way more than “Save The World.” There is no official release date yet, but myself and many will over play previews until that great day.

Hip-Hop, Mixtapes | Domo Genesis & The Alchemist – No Idols (MIXTAPE)
Posted by dshaq on August 9, 2012
Although this is a little late, what we have here is one of the best produced mixtapes of all year. No if, ands, or buts. Straight up, what The Alchemist did to this project is magical. Domo Genesis, garnering some really good features, came out of his shell and really showed his true potential on this tape. After this, I think Domo has a real shot at a decent solo career, just as long as the production is this quality. I’m interested to see what people think of this tape and if they think it’s as good as I do. Any and all comments/opinions drop them in the comment box below.
Dubstep, Hip-Hop | LADY – P*SSY (6BLOCC GHETTO BASS REMIX)
Posted by Mach on August 6, 2012
NSFW
6Blocc isn’t really a well known artist to most of the public, but his underground fan base is massive. His raunchy/ghetto Dubstep styling is not like any other so called crunksteppers. 6Blocc heard the original of this on Howard Stern’s show, so it is no surprise the content of this remix. The production on this remix is great, but it’s no lie when I say the attraction to this track is based mainly around its lyrical content.
Dubstep | Kill Paris – The Love We Shared (2012 B-Side)
Posted by Sev on July 19, 2012
Kill Paris and his funky dubstep never gets old. Every track this amazing producer has put out so far has given off some nice positive summer vibes that I could jam out to non-stop on repeat all day without getting tired. I absolutely love what he did with this track by taking the chorus from In My Mind (Axwell Remix) and just turning it into a mid-tempo,dubstep summer banger. Always giving us the best in production quality, it is highly unlikely to see this Ableton certified producer ever disappoint. I recommend all upcoming producers looking for little hints and tips to check out his youtube channel that can be found at the bottom along with his other social medias.

Electro-House | Afrojack – Rock The House
Posted by Middy on July 16, 2012
Afrojack did not only drop jaws at UMF when he played “Top Of The World” for the first time, he also put them back down on the floor when he premiered this track with Lil John yelling all over the place, telling you just how special it was to avoid rips of the track. Afrojack has risen to the level of a global superstar, occasionally crossing over into pop and doing songs with pop superstars in the US, while remaining true to his Dutch style and still cranking out those bleeps and bloops that caused people to fall in love with him in the first place. The guitar melody, combined with the massive, big room chord progression provide the perfect build into the hard electro / dutch drop that will Rock Your House and your neighbor’s as well. He also shows off his creativity and production skill with an interesting percussion and piano interlude providing a whole array of styles all within the one song. Another fantastic production from Afrojack and as they say, “If it ain’t Dutch, it ain’t much”.

Dubstep, Electro | KDrew – Last Train To Paradise (The Noisy Freaks Remix)
Posted by Mach on July 11, 2012
The Noisy Freaks tend to dabble in Electro, Electro-House, and Dubstep, but Complextro is the genre the duo calls home. Not many artists claim the Electro/Dubstep blended genre their main production preference, but if one is going to do it I’m glad it was these guys. The original from KDrew had incredible vocals that are utilized perfectly on this remix. Laser firing, bass pumping, and synth sweating, this track was made for the dance floor.
