It’s been a while since we’ve heard from Lash, the duo from the Dominican Republic. We’ve come to expect big things from these guys – every release besides one has taken the #1 spot on Hypem, they’re now touring regularly internationally, and their ‘Runaway’ remix has broken 4 million plays on SoundCloud. Today, they give us an official remix of Phoebe Ryan’s, “Mine”, taking Deep House approach to it. In their own words: “We saw how much you guys loved our Runaway remix so we wanted to recreate that deep house style but still give it the Lash sound” – and they definitely did. Tritonal have called upon fellow red white and blue banner man, Pierce Fulton to remix their recent track “Now Or Never”. The American producer keeps the simplistic beauty of the original, highlighting the vocals from Phoebe Ryan, but balances that with his own gritty, yet funky electro. Pierce has his remix for “Hey Now” coming on Monday for the Dance (Red) compilation, so be sure to grab that then. Don’t sleep on the Tritonal Club Mix, the other part of the package, which is wild.
