Choo Jackson releases visuals for “Windows” directed by ElephantxElephan, off his forthcoming sophomore project “Slightly Dark.” The 23-year-old Pennsylvania native is signed to Mac Miller’s REMember Music label, and preaches on this one with a “smooth like leather” flow. The life of an up and coming rapper is not easy, you really have to believe in yourself no matter what everyone else tells you, and Choo expresses this on his record. FNT meet Larcy, the Pennsylvania native who has been living in NYC for the past 3 years, producing and songwriting, when she’s not making sandwiches. Her debut single “Best Friend” produced by Prince Fox dropped yesterday, and is a laid back pop/progressive house record, layered with an angelic voice, and an overall powerful electro vibe, about falling in love with your best friend. Who can’t say they’ve ever been there? I’m feeling this single, and Larcy’s def on my radar at this point. I believe she can be as big as Ellie Goulding. This is a must listen and a must download!

Pittsburgh native, Devin Miles, was fortunate to have a chance to grab a verse from Tayyib Ali who was breezing through the studio. Representing their respective area codes, Devil Miles delivers a strong first verse before the prince of Philly comes in with an impressive verse of his own. Lot of talent coming out of PA these days. Just to clarify, several blogs have labeled this track as Tayyib’s, but in fact it is Devin’s with a feature from Tay and will not be featured on any of Ali’s upcoming projects.
