There must be something in the European waters because 19-year-old Swede OLWIK just came out with another smashing tune. Less than a month ago, he introduced a brand new style he classifies as “progressive pop” with a remix of Halsey’s “New Americana.” The track quickly hauled in 100,000 plays and has received an abundance of positive feedback. OLWIK recently signed to Linc Music under Sony Music Sweden and has now released his first original with them. The record, “Fight No More,” spotlights the timeless soulful vocals of Terri B!, who has been previously featured on “Blind Heart” by Cazzette. It’s been 3 and a half months since OLWIK released his high-octane progressive house remix of ‘Come Follow’ by Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano. We’re happy to see him back in action and giving his fans more music. His cover of ‘Waiting For Love’ by Avicii takes the song in a completely different direction. At only 19 years old, OLWIK is already showing great maturity as a producer as he breaks temporarily from his progressive style and approaches this record with a pop rock sound. What’s more, he’s singing on the tune! The jack of all trades has a lot of signs pointing upward for his future so have this kid on your radar.

There must be something in the water with these Swedes because this kid OLWIK is at it again with another big progressive house remix that explodes. At only 18 years old, he has put up impressive numbers on Soundcloud and has attracted a loyal fan base. His remix of ‘Come Follow’ has been played by Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano themselves around the world, including at Tomorrowland Brazil, Beyond Wonderland, and Ultra. Lots of positive signs for OLWIK so make sure to keep an eye on him!

Swedish producer OLWIK, who you may remember with his “Payphone” remix minus the Wiz Khalifa verse, is back with a progressive house original track, teaming up with the YouTube channel NoCopyRightSounds to release “Taking Over” featuring Alexa Lusader, and it’s a straight banger that’s already breaking records on that outlet as the most viewed track in less than 24 hour ! For a 17 year old with still much more to go, he should be proud of himself as he on his way to a promising career, as the hype is real! Good work OLWIK! This is a must listen and a must download!

It’s been a minute that we’ve shared some quality progressive house for ya’ll, and that changes now with this anthemic remix of Maroon’s 5 “Payphone” by Swedish producer OLWIK , who turned the pop tune into a euro-progressive-house banger that will get everyone moving! I’ll be the first to admit that I’m usually skeptical when it has to do with remixing top 40 records, but being a sucker for “Payphone” I’m not mad at all this remix was made, though I would just include one thing: Wiz Khalifa’s verse! This is a must listen and a must download!
