DJ Prime aka Prime releases “Big Room Bass”, a hart hitting electro-house record that’s sure to get everyone going once the beat drops at the tag line “give me the fucking bass!” I last featured Prime with his debut single “So Fly” featuring vocals from Oh Snap, and this is a different direction more fit for the clubs, but can bump just as hard in your headphones. To celebrate this release Prime is giving out Big Room Bass t-shirts to all of you who purchase the record, all you have to do is send a screenshot to [email protected] with your name, address, and shirt size, and the man will hook it up! Support, and expect more music from the radio DJ soon!

Pop, RnB | Chaka Khan ft Lecrae – It’s Not Over

This might be a first for Fresh New Tracks, but I’m a fan of this record, and felt the need to share. Chaka Khan is a legend, and this track is just too dope. If only Kanye used another sample of hers on Yeezus, like he did with “Through the Wire,” maybe it would have sold more copies, and gone more mainstream, but not my problem at the moment… Chaka Khan still has it and I’m loving it! LeCrae is the man as well, he hops on this track with that TI swag, that Drake flow, and keeps it all positive. So if you’re feeling down, and you want some uplifting music, this track is a Must Listen!

And on another note, New York City’s own DJ Prime sent over this remix the other day for his latest single “So Fly” featuring Oh Snap!! , and it’s been creeping up on me. Suraci turned this radio pop banger into a sexy club track for the Summer. I strongly suggest you check this track out. Nothing but a good time!
Dubstep | Eptic — Like A Boss EP
Posted by Sev on March 12, 2012
Eptic’s new EP has finally been unleashed by Never Say Die Records. This producers upbeat, seizure styled sounds have been taking the stages by storm. FuntCase and Inspector Dubplate being avid supporters of Eptic’s tracks just goes to show you how heavy these tunes can get. Starting off with Death Ray, which is a prime example of a heavy, laser synth filled track that even throws in a few “Yo” synths hear and there. Oh Snap is a track I would say closely relates to a Brown and Gammon style track with pauses and high pitched synths. Fast Forward takes a slight different approach with a more jump-up feel, but still heavy with the bass and Like A Boss which was given away last week needs no further introduction. Get the EP on Beatport HERE. Just as a little gift since we didn’t get to post DarkElixir’s free EP, READ ON to get my favorite track from the EP.
