Here are a few up-beat summer time mashups that incorporate some dope old school tracks. Personally, I think DJ Squints comes firing out of the gates on his best foot with his funky fresh track “Shades of Booty”. I don’t mean to overload everyone with mashups but it’d be a crime to pass up these two tracks along with 5’s latest work. DJ Earworm is known for his annual new years mashups that sample an insane number of top 40 songs, but occasionally he does side projects like the one below or his youtube campaign track. It’s hard for me to digest the number of songs packed into “Party On The Floor” so I’m partial to White Panda’s latest work “Ignite Cherie”. I appreciate WP’s open mindedness when it comes to song selection. Blending a classic like R Kelly’s Ignition with Cherie was genius. Pretty Lights is just getting deeper in the dubstep. This is one of his heaviest tracks I’ve heard. Which to some might seem bad, but this is awesome. I wish I went to Bonnaroo this year.

Don’t worry I see you in the chatbox, and yes this dubstep/mashup was worth posting. Keep up the good work. This is the second time I have heard Eminem mashed with dubstep and he turns out to be one of the best rappers you can put on a bassline. DJ White Rabbit is not only new to the production game, but to DJing also. He is from Middletown, Maryland and in no way produces like a newbie. He likes to mash with electro and hip-hop, but plans to start producing his own electro and dubstep soon. Check him out on his Facebook.
