Two killer dubstep posts in a row? One hilarious totally non-related video? I’m coming at you from all angles here. That’s what you should expect out of BIGLIFE – swinging for the fences and hitting it every time with princesses making fools of themselves by acting like…well… spoiled princesses and soft-core dubstep tracks that get you wetter than soft core porn. If you like Example as much as I do AND dig dubstep, you’re in for a treat. If this isn’t your cup of tea I’ve thrown in a unique ambient dubstep track with no lyrics – mashup artists and remixers pay attention that could be a gem to toy with. In fact first submission with that (can’t be brutal) gets a post.

Big ups to Sev for hitting me up with this sick, dubstep mashup. These happen to be a few of my most listened to tracks recently. Consisting of “Pink Lady” by Feed Me, “Unison” (Knife Party Remix) by Porter Robinson, and “Reptile” by Skrillex. It’s cool how Maluu changed up the drops, very creative. All and all this mashup is epic.

Wow… Zoroaster is amazing. I have liked a lot of his previous creations, but this one really takes the win. This is an amazing remix, gave me shivers.

There have been many remixes of this track, but I honestly think they are terrible. I feel like it has been some time since Voodoo Farm dropped a bomb. Worth the wait.

A short edition of Middy’s Mashups, but this mashup is special. From PrototypeRaptor: Blood, sweat, and a ton of coffee went into making this track… it’s a ridiculous 8 minute and 45 second mashup/bootleg/remix of my favorite tracks from the Wolf’s new album, Weekend in America. The songs used are “Shrunken Heads/The Champ”, “The Way It Was and “Illmerica (RaptorEdit)”.

Here is Kaskades’s latest mashup he has released to the public, though he has been playing it in his sets for a while now. It is great for DJs to use because “Flash” has so much energy and the mashup works really well.

Mashups, Moombahton | Doug Bogan – Moombology

Moombahton has been taking the electronic music scene by storm as of late and I have yet to see someone incorporate Moombahton into a mashup. That is until Doug Bogan created Moombology. In constructing Moombology, Doug Bogan grabs some of the hottest Moombah tracks and layers in some familiar vocals from artists such as Ludacris, Skee-Lo and Gnarls Barkley along with some pieces of 2007’s guilty pleasure jam, Lip Gloss.

Stiver Ryx dropped this mashup of Jay-Z’s Dirt Off Your Shoulder and Flux Pavilion’s remix of DJ Fresh’s Gold Dust in my inbox the other day, and it has definitely grown on me. The straight up passion that Flux Pavillion puts into their riffs melds perfectly with the laid back lyricism of Jay-Z…its hard to explain, just listen.
