Marcus Schossow and NEW_ID’s ‘ADA’ is certainly one of the biggest anthems of the summer to grace Code Red Music, especially after scooping support from pioneers including Tiesto, Kryder and Afrojack. Now, one of the brightest young talents in the music industry; Corey James, has remixed the ADA into something special too. For his take on the track, he has embedded an underground vibe into it, to make it the perfect after-hours weapon for any DJ set. The remix further showcases Corey James’ diversity and talents too, because he is predominantly a progressive house producer.

Live City have been on tear lately and it culimates in the release of “Slingshot” via Tommie Sunshine’s Brooklyn Fire Recordings. Their relationship with Tommie goes well beyond a few signed records, they have done a ton of tracks together and Tommie has been a sensei to them. This acid influenced fireball has been supported by some bug names like Marcus Schossow, Sander van Doorn and Benny Benassi all supporting in person. Grab this tune and head out to see them at Slake on the 18th if you are in NYC.

First things first, look at the top left corner of the picture for some hot stuff. Do I ever wish I could have been that couch for the night haha.. As a thank you for 150k likes on Facebook, Marcus Schossow has given away a new track titled “Kings Of Summer Nights”. As alluded to by the title, this song is a dedication to the late nights he spent as a teenager growing up in Sweden. The song is quite different from his current stuff and is instead a light progressive tune that is almost trance like at times. This isn’t the type of track you would expect from him but it’s great and we can only hope he makes more like it in the future.
