After giving it a full listen through, I can safely say that it is worth lending the latest project from Dream B.I.G aka “Dream Beyond Ignorant Gestures” an ear. “Life of a Dreamer,” hosted by DJ MoneyBags is a straight up, no gimmicks, refreshing hip-hop album.

Wow..I’m shocked right now. After spending the past hour going through horrible track after horrible track in the the FNT email, Krewella popped up. This electropop duo just unveiled “Strobelights” and “Life of the Party”, which incorporate elements of electro and dubstep, and feature the dynamic vocals of Jahan and Yasmine Yousaf. This group is perfect for FNT. Why you say? Because everyone can find a little something in these tracks to get them moving. Don’t believe me..check them out yourself.

Well its that time of year when Relay For Life hits college campuses nationwide. Mike Stud has thrown together a nice little promo track (that includes a dope Red Hot Chili Peppers sample) and video to help raise awareness so I figured this would be the perfect time to plug my own team and perhaps get some donations. According to Mac Millers twitter (and his comment before his verse), he basically landed in CA and immediately recorded this track yesterday with Juicy J. Kid is straight up killing it. I feel badly for Webby, he’s the only rapper from this original circle who really hasn’t made it, weird. I guess I’ll throw him a bone and post the Starry Eyed remix off his recent mixtape haha. Lastly, I’ve included a new joint from The Higher Concept. The initial verse is a little awkward, but the hook made up for it and carried my ears through. Definitely keeping this one on the pod (check out their other FNT mentions here)
