Electro-House, House, Remix | Birthdayy Partyy & Goodsex Celebrate V-Day With Jeremih Remix
Posted by VMan on February 14, 2019
Chicago collaborators Birthdayy Partyy and Goodsex have joined forces to celebrate Valentine’s Day with an epic remix. Everyone remembers the 2009 classic from Jeremih “Birthday Sex” and given the title and the collaborators names, well, it was just meant to be. Together they boosted the hip-hop single into a bass house hit that I can only imagine will ravage festival season this year. Not only did they drop this to celebrate, but it’s been released as a free download, their gift to you!
Hip-Hop | Sayyi is back with ‘Regardless’
Posted by VMan on June 15, 2018
Chicago native Sayyi presents his latest single ‘Regardless’ produced by Phoenix Beats an ode to the tribulations and the celebrations of life. Known behind the scenes for his talents as a songwriter, penning for the likes of Rihanna, and Jeremih, and coming off a single with Migos, Sayyi lays down in words what he’s learned from his years being in the industry.
“My project is simply about my journey to finding the ways of allowing my creativity to be my guide through my tribulations and celebrations in life. As well as letting my intuition be my answer in life. My single ‘Regardless’ is a reassurance on blind faith in your vision, After all, all we can do is ‘Control what we can control and let God deal with the rest'”

Future Trap | Kasbo Continues To Champion Future Bass With His Umbrella Club EP

Kasbo can just do no wrong. The 19-year-old Swedish sensation has been absolutely crushing it in the future bass arena, not only delivering impressive remixes of Vance Joy, Jeremih, amongst others, but also showcasing his tremendous ability in the studio with originals like “Again” and Kaleidoscope.” Last week, the future house flagbearer dropped his debut five track EP, Umbrella Club, and it’s absolutely phenomenal. On his EP, the talented Swede manages to blend his trademark brand of future with elements from trap to create a range of tunes from dance floor heaters to downtempo chill out tracks. Mainstream Remix | You Have To Hear Jessame’s “Planes” Remix Featuring GameBrand
Posted by BIGLIFE on August 31, 2015
I’m not an R&B guy anymore. I long sold my soul to the deep house train. However, I heard Jeremih’s original “Planes” single and instantly loved it. When blog impresario Stefan Jobe hit me about Jessame and Gamebrand’s “Planes” remix my interest was instantly peaked. And I wasn’t let down. Jessame’s vocals combined with Gamebrand’s production makes this a tune you need to have on repeat on your Sonos player while you crush the most tunes.

Whattt, Alesia just sent over the illest remix of Jeremih and YG’s “Don’t Tell Em,” no words can describe, it’s one you’re going to have to feel, cause this track goes hard. It’s ironic as well that this track received an “EDM” remix, because the original track is a dance track to being with, you guys all know Snap! ‘s “Rhythm Is A Dancer,” so leave it to the Parisian duo signed to Skrillex’s OWSLA to revamp this hip hop track into dance music for 2014, ( or 2015, these guys are so ahead of their time…). If this is your jam, then this is a must listen, and a must download! Get it!

Hip-Hop, RnB, Trap | Jeremih – Birthday Sex (Andrew Luce Remix)
Posted by yabishcic on March 29, 2014
This morning I’m reppin’ straight from home-base with an incredibly integrative remix by the only and only Andrew Luce. If you missed my last post on this Bay Area based producer, you’ll definitely want to play catch up. This dude has already won Snowglobe’s 2013 opening DJ contest as well as signed under Red Cube Recordings just at the age of 16. If you love this particular mix, you’ll want to go ahead and check the rest of his material. All. Equally. MindBlowing.
Hip-Hop, Interviews | Drop City Yacht Club (Interview & New Single)

Enjoy the below interview and hit play on Drop City Yacht Club’s new single “No Better” featuring Jonn Hart!
By Annie Dineen
Somewhere at the intersection of T-birds and subway cars, sand and flannel, and palm trees and boom boxes is Drop City Yacht Club. The California-based group’s hooks are uptempo pop while verses draw you in lyrically. Their breakout hit “Crickets,” for instance, regales the plight of being rejected. “ I got turned down 7 times tonight,” DCYC’s A. Wolf says at DC’s 9:30 Club on the opening night of their tour with Goodie Mob. They tell me their breakout track “Crickets” is not only about being dissed by a girl but also the frustrations with rejection they had all experienced as solo artists in the music industry.
