Ty and Gspence have been hard at work over the past few months on their debut mixtape: Ivy League Kids, Hollywood Dreams. After dropping heater after heater, the official drop date is upon us. Although they are calling this a mixtape, it is much more than that. This project features 16 hand crafted original productions from Gspence, and that just the beginning. Ty and Gspence of Ivy League Kidz have been relentlessly dropping heater after heater off of their upcoming mixtape Ivy League Kidz…Hollywood Dreams, which drops right here on August 29th. This final leak off their mixtape is perhaps favorite, the second that the church bells drop in the beginning I can’t help but hold my cup to the sky.

Ty and Gspence, aka Ivy League Kidz were dropping heaters left and right a few month back, but recently took some time to come together finish their entirely self produced mixtape. Their first single off of “Ivy League Kidz…Hollywood Dreams” features production from Gspence, lyrics from the one and only Ty and a smooth chorus from Collin McLoughlin.

Ty and GSpence have been lighting up the FNT blog-waves week after week as they continue to drop cuts off of their project, “Ivy League Kidz…Hollywood Dreams.” On “When We Were Young,” GSpence raps about the internal struggles of becoming an artist/producer and mastering his craft. The melodic chord lines of this slow jam blend together perfectly to create yet another unique track which highlights the versatility of this young producer. The dynamic duo, known simply as Ty and GSpence have been releasing banger after banger for the past few weeks. Their most recent drop, Another Day, features innovative original production from GSpence as well as clean lyrical flows from both artists.
