Exclusive, Featured, Progressive House | The Dawn of Fearless Hearts (Stereoshock Official Edit) [FNT Premier]

Posted by on December 9, 2012

We are teaming up with Stereoshock to give you his latest edit as part of the second installment of his EDM cares campaign to help raise awareness and funds for important causes. In tune with the holiday spirit, he has partnered with Toys for Tots to raise awareness and funds for this great endeavor. This edit flawlessly meshes Hardwell’s edit of Michael Brun’s “Dawn” and Mr Fluff’s “Fearless Hearts”, picking a piece of a bass line here, a melody here and composing what sounds like one whole song and done with such ease that you hardly notice and any transitions. Click on the link to see how you can help these kids out and in the process unlock the download for this track.

UPDATE: The download has now been unlocked (see screenshot below). Thanks to everyone who shared and donated!

Progressive House | Hardwell feat. Amba Shepherd – Apollo

Posted by on November 26, 2012

Hardwell gives us the follow up to “Spaceman” in a rare vocal track from the budding Dutch superstar. Fresh off of his incredible essential mix, he gives us “Apollo” as an ode to the city of Houston where this track was first created. With obvious influences from his time with Porter Robinson in the glitchy electro dispersed throughout, Hardwell delivers a superb melody, layered with Amba Shepherd’s ethereal vocals and emotive strings. I would have liked to maybe see a little more of the vocal from Amba Shepherd, but the track is still outstanding nonetheless.

DJ-Set, Progressive House | Hardwell Essential Mix

Posted by on November 24, 2012

Hardwell made his debut on the legendary essential mix last night and put his name in contention for essential mix of the year. As head of Revealed Records, he showcases the recent releases of his well established label, while giving us a glimpse at what is to come with 13 unreleased tracks in the mix, including his single “Apollo” set to release in two days. He has gotten into some hot water for it, but Hardwell is known for his bootlegging and he displays it during this mix. He takes us back through his rather extensive catalog, mixing together track after track in this jam packed two hour essential mix debut. Tracklist after the jump.

Cover, Electro | Hardwell & Collin McLoughlin – Call Me a Spaceman (Unplugged Version)

Posted by on October 25, 2012

A month ago, Hardwell asked his fans to submit an acoustic version of his hit single, Spaceman, for the chance to have it featured in his Electric Zoo aftermovie. Today, Hardwell, who was recently named the #6 DJ in the world by DJ Mag Top 100, announced that the winner of his Spaceman competition is our very own Collin McLoughlin. In addition to being featured on his EZoo recap video, Hardwell released the song yesterday on iTunes as the official unplugged version of Spaceman.

Progressive House | Example – Say Nothing (Hardwell & Dannic Remix)

Posted by on September 16, 2012

After first hearing this at Hardwell’s show at Lavo, it was apparent that Hardwell with fellow Breda man Dannic had made something special. Following their collab on “Kontiki“, these two come together one more time to give “Say Nothing” the spark it needed. Hardwell & Dannic have paved their careers with their own sounds, but with this remix they take the more anthemic route with a smooth build, meshing perfectly with Example’s vocals and then a uplifting drop mixing in bits of the chorus from Example. Let the production prowess of Hardwell & Dannic wash over you as their well oiled melodies make this a must have fall track.
