Dance, Pop | LODATO’s Infectious Spinnin’ Records Single “Good” Is Just The Start For Rising Artist

Posted by on August 12, 2020

“Good,” a digitally catapulting ear-worm from LODATO, is 1-of-2 must-hear dance pop tracks that is capturing the public consciousness, large swaths at a time.

With passionate contemplation going on in the sing-along-fueled pre-chorus “why’s it wrong, when it feels so good,” the single is platformed to surround the listener with squeaky clean production ailments and a stacked-story, fit for club-life as well as low-key after party vibes.

Reaching #1 on US Dance Radio during the song’s initial momentum, to say uniqueness is intertwined with this one would be an understatement. Previously as well, U.S. Dance Radio couldn’t get enough of his “Break My Heart” remix, originally released by Dua Lipa and hitting #1 on iHearts Remix Top 30 Countdown.

LODATO continues to contribute to the scene through music moves and dance fans’ reception isn’t slowing – the artist now having millions of streams to his name – Check out the “Good,” in full, above.

Hip-Hop, Mixtapes | Big Sean – Detroit (Mixtape)

Posted by on September 5, 2012

GOD, OH GOD. Words can’t describe how excited I am for the month of September. We get this gem AND the GOOD Music album on September 18th, which mark my words will be the best day of the year. The tape is 17 songs deep with some serious features for the tape ranging from Jeezy to Common to Tyga to even Snoop Lion, and also shouts to Young Chop producing one of the beats. I wasn’t to pleased with Big Sean’s album, but after all his GOOD music verses and well…this mixtape, Sean Don looks to be back up top.

DJ-Set, Progressive House, Trance | Rafael Frost – Channel 4

Posted by on March 21, 2012

I have posted Rafael Frost in my now retired Trance Tuesday posts, (sorry people but GOOD free trance is almost impossible to find, especially on a weekly basis) and this is his latest single “Channel 4” out on Ferry Corsten’s, Flashover Recordings. This song has been supported by just about every major trance artist under the sun. He has a unique sound that is both incredibly melodic and hard hitting with a blend of house and trance. The formula has been championed by the likes of Arty and though I am not saying he is Arty, I think his style that combines trance and house so well with more of an emphasis on trance, could easily lead to an explosion of popularity for Rafael Frost, much like the explosion of popularity that happened for Arty in 2011. This may not be the song that does it, but I think that Rafael Frost has what it takes to become a star. He does not make that many songs, instead focusing on creating the best quality tracks possible and does not tour much, which hinders an artists ability to be seen. Either way 2012 should be a pivotal year for Rafael Frost. Also check out a preview of his upcoming remix of Boom Jinx & Daniel Kandi – Azzura on Enhanced Records. Also after the jump is Hard Rock Sofa’s Miami 2012 Podcast with the hottest songs out now and their upcoming collaboration with Swanky Tunes “Apogee”

Posted by on February 2, 2012

Lets be honest, anybody can download audacity or go on garage band and make a mashup, but it takes a good ear and some good production to make a truly GOOD mashup. Mr. Rogers Productions, who we’ve heard of countless times for his quality mashes, gives us this solid laid back mashup combining the likes of The Shins, Lil Wayne, and Eminem. The beat is taken from The Shins’ “New Slang”, a personal favorite, and the vocals are from Wayne and Eminem’s “No Love”. MRP decided to release this track for his fans to get them ready for his upcoming EDM EP, which will be all original work. Hit the dude up on Facebook and get ready for that EP!
