What’s up everybody, VMan here to spread the peace with Glastrophobie’s latest remix of Dylan LeBlanc’s “If The Creek Don’t Rise” and it’s a beauty! The German producer really is developing himself into a curator of up and coming talents, and tracks that you’ve never heard that you should know about, even inspiring other producers to remix tracks that he’s made popular such as his Anna Graceman “Words” remix. When Usher and Young Jeezy joined forces in early 2008 to make the hit hip-hop classic, “Love In This Club”, the world was blown away. The melodic components of that song were what really had us hooked, similar to how the well known Steerner and the lesser known Martell hook us with their music. Martell is not as household a name as his fellow Swedish collaborator Steerner is, but if you have been following us for a little while and needed any more proof as to why FNT is one of the top 200ish music blogs in the U.S. and parts of southern Canada, we had been covering Martell for some time now, so you should be familiar. Big melodies and powerful drops are what these guys are known for and that is what this song consists of.

I’m going to be perfectly honest, I have not listened to any of Lana Del Rey’s latest singles, I’m just not into her, but a few remixes have presented themselves to me, and this one in particular by Y//2//K trillifies the CT boarding school taught diva’s latest release “Utraviolence,” as if her and her producer downed a whole bottle of lean before recording it. I guess a little chop and screw can make anyone sound like a G, even Lana. For real though, this remix bangs so sit back and enjoy! This is a must listen and a must download!

Dubstep | Dabin – Demons Feat. Gia Margaret

Dabin dropped this sweet track earlier today called “Demons Feat. Gia Margaret” and it’s definitely worth a listen if you’re a melodic dubstep type of person. Although it seems like this genre is going out of style, I’ll always be a fan. Dabin features Gia’s vocals beautifully, and they carry the melody with grace. Synth stabs and mechanical noises are dabbled in the drops to give it that distinct dubstep vibe. This track is a classic, and it’s out for free! Grab it on Facebook.

New York City’s own Jay Dahbi has vibes for days with this remix revisiting the house classic, Everything But The Girl’s “Missing,” and for all you youngins who might not recognize this title, I assure you once you hit play you’ll know this record. Pusher’s “Feel U” track is fresh, no doubt about it! A trustworthy music tastemaker put me on to this dope track just the other day, which incorporates glitch, trap, 90’s R&B, and old school video game sounds to create a retro funky nostalgic energy, and I’ve been intrigued ever since! Let your ears figure this one out, and keep an ear out for that Britney Spears sample “hit me baby one more time” buried in the beat (it’s there).
