If you’ve been paying attention to FNT over the past year, chances are you’ve heard the name Sex Ray Vision or have at least seen or heard some derivative of their hit My Beach House in this summer hottest mash ups. Well in case you haven’t, the duo decided to flip their original masterpiece with a heavier bassline, some extra synths, and most notably new vocals. If you’re losing sight of the summer as we close in on the Fall semester, let this up-tempo hit bring you back to that mindset. Layna your presence although rare is always appreciated due to your amazing taste in music, FNT thanks you.

After hearing this remix I have come to the conclusion that you producers out there need to remix more of these early 2000s hip-hop tracks, I want to hear a “Freek-A-Leek” remix of Petey Pablo next. “Lean Back” was the second song I ever downloaded on my first laptop (the first being Jesus Walks by Kanye West). This remix appeals to the heavier dubstep fans, but no doubt you guys will love it.

I’m really spoiling the FNT nation with these two gems. The first track “Undivided” is a straight up GIRL FIRE banger. This should come as a treat considering we haven’t had much in the way of GF as of late. And if that wasn’t enough I’ve thrown in this Supafreak remix by Fonzerelli, who, per his usual form, puts his high pitched synthy twist on the track to make it very club friendly.

Because you’ll be discrediting the super producer known as Brenton Duvall who doesn’t involve himself with 1 v 1 mashups. Foster The People’s “Pumped Up Kicks” is one of the summer’s biggest tracks. In the few occurrence that I’ve been stuck listening to radio stations, I’d say about 70% of the time this song pops up. And even though we posted the song several months ago, it still hasn’t received any impressive club-friendly makeovers. That is, until today when a mysterious masked man emerged from the woodwork with a surprisingly refined track for such an unknown name. Fortunately for FNT, DSK CHK leaked a free remix of the track and FNT has the exclusive. DJ ALERT – this is straight up party fuel (don’t worry it’s been tested). If you haven’t familarized yourself with mashup legend DOSVEC this post should get your caught up to date. I’ve compiled my favorite tracks off of his Soundcloud in preparation for the weekly feature he’ll be doing for us called, Sucka Free Sunday’s. As the title implies, every Sunday DOSVEC will pull out a few exclusive tracks from his arsenal to drop on the FNT nation. If they’re up to par with his previous works, including last week’s Gucci Gucci remix (track from the visuals above), we should all be in for something special.
