I am definitely a Trap hater, there is no use me hiding from that truth. When I post Trap, I have no doubt it is a track I enjoy, the same could be said for everything else I post. Justin Timberlake’s new track “Suit & Tie” has gotten a lot of publicity since its release with record high sales predictions. Chris Hurst delivers one of the sexiest Trap productions I have heard, making the orignal actually enjoyable. Chris Hurst deserves to pat himself on the back for this one.

Electronic, Hip-Hop | A$AP Rocky – Peso (Great Skies Remix)

Never thought I’d see a producer as laid back as Great Skies do a remix of A$AP Rocky. It’s not a bad thing, but after listening to this remix it just comes as such a surprise and a great treat. I am vaguely familiar with “Peso,” but I enjoy the mellow take from Great Skies.

After taking a few weeks hiatus, Sev and I can finally bring back R Rated. Kicking off our return is this insane remix from KhemehK. It’s unbelievable how much different kinds of bass were used coherently. Definitely one of nastiest tracks I have heard in weeks. No word on its release yet, but this full preview is worth getting into.
Hugs&Drugs dropped this tight preview tonight. It is some seriously grimy Dubstep. No release date yet, considering this is still a work in progress.
I have been listening to this preview for days now. Cyrex has done an awesome job on this remix so far. Not may people remix Kill The Noise’s older tracks, so it is pretty cool to see someone like Cyrex to take one on. Track is currently a work in progress.
Dino Safari did something I would have never expected from them, they just never crossed my mind as a group to produce something as deep as this. No release date yet, but I’m adding to my must have list.
I was actually disappointed in the lack of dirty tracks for this post, feels like everything I checked out was a preview and nothing to download. Eliminate was the only exception really and the Fytch & KushBerry remix is just way too good to pass on, seriously, you have to check it out.

Yinyues seems to be in a Hip-Hop/B.I.G mood this week. Again, I really love the piano with the Hip-Hop. If Yinyues is going to keep making beats like this I hope he keeps the piano. Unlike his last remix, this one isn’t a minute long. Hooray!

Progressive House | Spencer Bruno – Chalice [Preview]

An artist you guys might have formerly known to be producing some filthy dubstep tracks along with a few other genred tracks here and there has just gone under a different alias. Spenca, who has been making bass music for quite some time now, has decided to dedicate a whole new alias to his passion in progressive house. Being the versatile artist he is, this transition over won’t be too bad because he already has his first track featured on Avicii’s Electric Area Le7els podcast. That should go to show you how talented he is and after hearing this preview for the first time I was hooked. Not to mention the quality of the production. There are many remixes of Nero, but few stand out. N3ako made one of the dirtier Electro remixes I have heard of this track. After previewing this a few weeks ago, the download is now available for our enjoyment. This remix just screams rave.

House | Funkagenda vs Buena Vista Social Club – Candela

To my surprise, I have discovered that a lot of people actually have never heard of the legendary Buena Vista Social Club. The Cuban band has created some of the most influential Latin music, my favorite of their’s being “Chan Chan.” Funkagenda was roaming through his old files and came across this 3-4 year old gem he never released. The second I hit play, I knew the most factor of this was whether or not Funkagenda screwed up the vocals. Thankfully he did nothing to them and laid them perfectly over the instrumental. It would be interesting to see more Latin infused House tracks like this.
