It’s here! It’s finally here! The man Elephante just dropped his EP, “I Am The Elephante” and it is absolutely incredible. Kap Slap has become one of those artists whose new releases are eagerly awaited by many, MANY fans around the world. The latest release on the world renowned Ultra Records is “Harbor”, a track from the man himself featuring the singer songwriter Jake Etheridge. “Harbor” is one of those rare tracks that is perfect to cap off summer, to listen to while relaxing at home, or to dance to at a club. After hitting the #1 spot on the HypeM remix charts with his remix of “Closer” by The Chainsmokers, Aash Mehta is back with a flip of Drake’s “Childs Play”. His take on the track combines lush futuristic chords with powerful drums that makes it a sure fire hit at clubs and festival, as well as delivering an enjoyable listener experience. While the full track isn’t available on Soundcloud due to obvious reasons, the preview gives you a great idea of what the young producer has done with the original. “Feel So Right” is the new track from Australian producer Hounded, teaming up with Californian singer/songwriter Bamiyah. This track has a chill jungle-house vibe to it, making it packed with emotions – both happy and sad. It definitely takes skill to create a tune that brings out such a wide range of feelings, and Bamiyah’s voice perfectly suits this piece. She said, “The records lyrics delve into the idea of believing that you are right for someone, and can make them happy even if they do not see it. It is almost a plea to a significant other to prove your worthiness.” Check out “Feel So Right” now!

Australian producer, Cliftonia, has taken a track called ‘Wild Heart’ by Brisbane singer Romy and turned it into a smooth, summery, house inspired tune. A must add to your summer playlist, Cliftonia combines Romy’s soul-driven vocals with his bright synths and happy vibes. Cliftonia had this to say about his track: “Romy is an incredibly talented artist from Brisbane with an amazing voice. When she showed me this song, I just really wanted to remix it, and I’m so glad she gave me the opportunity to do it. I love the vocals in the song and I can’t wait to hear it being played in clubs.” This gives us a great taste of Cliftonia’s upcoming EP, and based on this track we can’t wait to hear what he has in store!

Australian house project known as LJ Hawk just dropped a new track called “High”, an infectious new housey tune that features the voice of a Sydney-based soul/R&B/jazz singer known as Ash. Ash’s spirited vocals, combined with the beautiful synth work and a catchy melody creates an uplifting, euphoric track that is a must listen. Here’s what LJ Hawk had to say about it: “I had been tinkering with a lot of sounds and song’s in the studio, doing my best to explore each of the elements in the hopes of learning more about what I love listening to in other people’s music, and then working it into my own. When I first heard Ash’s voice on some demo’s, I knew her style & sound would align really well with some of the deeper house track’s I had been working on.” They got together in the studio and created this masterpiece, set to be released on Sunstroke Records on September 2nd.
