Trap | Future Generation Signs Melodic Bass Track”Sinking” By Egzod, Arcando & Abigail Rose
Posted by VMan on March 26, 2020
“Sinking” captures pure life and empowerment from Egzod, Arcando, and vocalist Abigail Rose. Together they form a united front of the multi-instrumental work that fits right in the lane of modern dance music. With moving lyric direction and fitting, yet heavy drops. The single captures an essence that stands out.
Marc Bandecchi, aka Arcando has risen to successful DJ/producer status relatively quickly, with millions of streams to his name and over 500K listeners monthly, he’s tapped into a sonic vibe that’s he’s fully owned.
Armada Music, Revealed Recordings, Enhanced Music and Future Generation have all signed and worked with Arcando, with official remixes even by the likes of R3hab and Tritonal.
Egzod has crossed the 30 million stream mark since 2016 on Spotify alone, his cross-platform presence being hard to miss as this soloist has experienced everything from strong sync placement moments to shows and more.
The lyrical inspiration came from the type of relationship that happens so fast that you’re immediately in the deep end, way over your head & a bit overwhelmed about the situation as a whole. Then, the relationship ends before you manage to realize it, leaving you trying to pick up all the pieces & catch your breathe – which can feel like you’d be sinking.

Bass, Trap | Egzod and RIELL Unleash Lowly Single Titled “My Stranger”
Posted by VMan on July 12, 2019
France-born, Miami- based Egzod has been a unique player in the bass / melodic bass side of EDM with his cinematic-inspired singles. “My Stranger” is his latest, the single at a minimum to add to his already hefty 50 million streams since 2016. “My Stranger” is a single that is strikingly aware, Riell seemingly reflecting or narrating a story of preying strangers who can be well-disguised and very misguiding, yet the protagonist in the song gives in, the lyrics could be interpreted as a confession of said events even.
However your view of the song, Egzod and Riell pair up nicely, both seeming to have a fun-sense of pop music, but also both come well-equipped with a felt meaningfulness behind their music. Released on Trap Nation’s imprint Lowly, “My Stranger” will be winning over everyone from the innocent to the crass.

Albums, Bass | Egzod and Wasiu Release Trap-Influenced”Lone Wolf” On Lowly

“Lone Wolf,” a release signed to sub label Lowly of established indie label Trap Nation, is the energetic result for Wasiu and Egzod. Both acts offer alternative sounds from within their respective genre niches they could be placed in. Seeing the two acts together combining their unique attributes is a match made in heaven. “Lone Wolf” lyrically reveals a character who takes a solo path in life, a metaphorical explanation is given that past pain led to this life of loneliness. Through brief acoustic inclusions, theatrical drops that slap, and a narrative with substance and meaning behind it, Egzod and Wasiu’s “Lone Wolf” complete this story leaving the listener with a sense of confidence in who they are. Cheers to that.
