Bijan and Dancernaut eased their way into the FNT sheets about a month ago and have become quite comfortable around here. While their original tracks sported an indie-hop vibe, their latest project is a trendy blend: one part dubstep and two parts hip-hop (hook and verses). FInally, Skrillex has dropped a new track for our utmost enjoyment or atleast half of it. I am almost positive this is not a full version, but its nice to know he has new tracks coming soon. This track is the definition of what dubstep has truely become; heavy, hard dub beats. This track starts with the signature high pitched voice Skrillex is know for using and his classic dragged out whomps. I will be sure to try and find out when the full version will be out.

Here’s proof that dubstep has been around a lot longer than most of us think. The recent heavy “brostep” fad came in just as quick as its going to die but solid projects will always exist. After being too proud to wear a rash guard today on my legendary trip with Giraffe surf, I’ve been forced to watch surf videos all day. This 2009 release which I found on some of the visuals I drooled over absolutely kills it with the catchy vocals and light whomps (perhaps it falls just short of a dubstep track). In case you haven’t already figured it out I’m a huge fan of soft-care dubstep and pretty much loathe the super heavy (answer to metal) material – I let emo Jewcebox handle that. If you’re looking for some tracks that wont make your ears bleed tune in below. Note: I dig the Demon track too much to not have it as the featured song, the 2009 release is just below it.

Clinton Sparks & Jim Jones hit us with a feel good track that everyone can relate to. Whether your perfect day is similar to the average college students off in Cabo relaxing on the beach or similar to Biglifes cudding with his stuffed animals on a rainy day, we all have our own perfect day. Clinton Sparks has been the go to guy recently dropping some serious heaters all featuring a little hint of electronic music, see if you notice the light dubstep whomp featured in the verses.

OH…MY…GOD! This remix is AWESOME. Everyday was already one of the sickest dubstep tracks out. I was surprised to see that Netsky did this remix, but once I listened to this track I was blown away. Netsky just set this track ablaze, PURE FIRE.

A lot of people complain that a lot of vocals in a track is not meant for dubstep, but I have to disagree after I heard this. The vocals go flawlessly throughout the entirety of this track complimenting the smooth heavy beat with ease.

I have really been liking these well balanced dubstep tracks, seeing as many of them have been released recently. There are pure, hot vocals mixed with some fire dubstep beats. Works of art if you ask me.

Manotti is no where close to being a household name. This track however was very creative and worth the listen. Not going to lie this track is kind of repetitive, but the beat is some heavy awesomeness. Best part is at 1:20, its pretty funny.
